The weekend-before-Halloween tradition takes over the entire M-K-T center with free spooky fun & entertainment for all—next to the Heights Hike & Bike Trail & beyond. 🥾🚲👻🌳

Costumes are highly encouraged for kids, grown-ups & pups along the free Trick-or-Treat Trail, winding through M-K-T shops, restaurants & wellness businesses. 👺🐶🎃

Guests will find live music from @AndyRooninverse’ AndyRoo, magic tricks, live DJs, tarot readings, a spider stilt-walker, complimentary beer from @EurekaHeights & more! 🍺🎧🕷️🃏✨

💜 What Happens When Women Give Themselves Permission to Pause?

Last week, I had a group of incredible women leaders on their feet and DANCING at 8:30am in the morning! 💃🎶

Not your typical start to a leadership keynote, but then again, breakthroughs don't always happen the way we expect!

I had the privilege of sharing “Rappel: Break Through To A Better You™” at Memorial Hermann's Women Leaders of Memorial Hermann (WLMH) Fall Inspirational Series.

These women spend their days leading, caring for others, making difficult decisions, and carrying enormous responsibilities.

How often do they give themselves permission to pause, reconnect, and experience a little JOY?

✨Through the 5Rs Rappel framework we explored how meaningful breakthroughs begin when we create space for ourselves, not just everyone else.

And judging by how many women mentioned the dancing afterward, that moment of JOY certainly made an impression! 💜
