How magical it is when women gather together ✨️

Still feeling it from Sunday's 1.11 Manifestation Circle at @daodelmar
How honored I feel that these women showed up for themselves and allowed to be SEEN and HEARD (pic is missing a couple of women) 🫂🩷

We journaled, open heart shared, shed a few tears, and harmonized our vocal songs (through vocal activations), TOGETHER ❤️‍🔥
How incredible to know that even when we may feel small at times, it is our essence that is ESSENTIAL to the bigger picture.

I can't wait for the next one. Follow me to stay updated on future gatherings 🤍

✨️1.11 MANIFESTATION PORTAL✨️

Our last gathering was so divinely yummy—full of open-heart communication, deep connection, and such a successful shift in energy for everyone who joined. ✨

I'm so ready to bring that same magic into 2026 through the 1/11 Manifestation Portal ❤️‍🔥

This is your invitation to step out of the holiday "busy-ness" and into a space of intentional creation. We're moving beyond resolutions and anchoring into our deepest soul intentions.

We'll be grounding our 2026 visions at the beautiful Dao Del Mar—journaling, breathwork, sound healing 🕊️

WHEN: Sunday, 1/11 | 3 - 5 PM
📍 Dao Del Mar
💫 Sliding Scale Exchange: $22-44

Spaces are LIMITED for a cozy intimate circle.

I got to meet Giuliana of @daodelmar through a friend and loved her immediately. She is so sweet and her shop is absolutely amazing. The energy I felt there, from visiting to attending workshops, I knew guiding breathwork was an absolute must 🫂💝

✨️Join me for the 11:11 Manifestation Portal✨️

The body tells you what it needs, but are you listening?

Most people think that #chronicpain, #inflammation and other health issues pop up overnight, but they don’t.

They’ve been giving you the #signs and #symptoms for years and sometimes they’re even passed down to you, but you can change your relationship to your body and you can change how your #fascia works with itself with our #selfmyofascialrelease .

All you have to do is check in and roll.

There is a class coming up in the Honolulu area at this beautiful acupuncture clinic in Kakaako @daodelmar

Join us Tuesday evening @ 6:30 PM.

Much love from your certified @the_fascianator method guide -April
