Staying positive doesn’t mean you have to be happy all the time.

It means that even on the hard days you know that there are better ones coming.

One thing I truly learned about emotional intelligence is this right here. I know that I am a positive person. In times where it gets hard I know that better days are coming 🗣

Understand this right here in a city where there broken people all around you need to know that today might be hard. Today might not be it but you still have tomorrow 🥹

Number one key to get through your 20s is this…

Stop comparing yourself with others.
Stop scrolling through social media the first 10 minutes you wake up.
That dopamine intake of scrolling and wondering what everyone is doing is the reason why most people are stuck where they are.

You compare your body.
You compare your skin.
You compare your clothes.
You compare you smiles.

But the end of the day.
Start finding confidence from within.
Once you get through this obstacle, guarantee you’ll be much happier with yourself 🤞

If they stand by you during the bad times, they deserve to be there during the good times

Everyone always says they’re ganna be consistent and discipline. And they are. But it gets to a point where they don’t give themselves enough time and come to a stop. ⁣
⁣
Its funny because the two characteristics of being CONSISTENT and DISCIPLINE are acquired with TIME. ⁣
⁣
My advice… stay consistent and discipline UNTIL your “RESULTS” reach and surpass your PROGRESSION. ⁣
⁣
Once you get to this point, remind yourself that it’s ONLY just started. Its cool that you got what YOU wanted. But what about your family? What about the people that believed in you? What about those around you? Have they done the same? ⁣
⁣
Only reason why people say its lonely at the top is because they aren’t bringing anyone with them. ⁣
⁣
Theres always room for more. And if there isn’t, make room. ⁣
⁣
Trust me, it’s so much better when everyone is winning and not just yourself. ⁣

……..
An ENTREPRENEUR is someone who sacrifices a lot now for a better tomorrow.
They make NO excuses.
They have the “Whatever It Takes Mentality”.
They always have the right mindset & don’t believe in limitations.
They NEVER have a victim mentality & play the victim.
They work through problems and find solutions.
They have NO self-pity.
They NEVER give up.
They never have the scarcity mindset. The only care the abundance mindset.
They never fit in.
They never settle or except average.
They surround themselves with winners.
They change daily.
The reinvent daily.
They are never negative.
They learn and model from people who have been where they want to go.
They never complain.
They make a commitment to be different.
They take action daily and get more.
And lastly they outwork everyone and train daily!

On my journey to my personal success… I’ve seen what having a following can do. It’s a lot of responsibility. But I’ve learned that people will be your greatest asset.

We all have people that we influence. Just because its not on tele vision doesn’t mean we aren’t making an impact to those watching us.

The biggest question I’ve been asking myself:

Look at the people around you… are they growing?

This simple question can have an effect on your goals, dreams, and desires. In order to change whats on the outside, you must first change whats on the inside. This basic concept goes a long way.

Notice how the first 5 deals with attitude while the last 5 requires action.

Working with new individuals daily fires me up because I know that I will help them on their personal journey to achieve what they want to accomplish. Setting up game-plans, connecting them with the right people, and pouring into them on what I have learned. Nothing is better than helping others reach their goals and desires. It’s a passion. And nothing can ever get in the way of what my intentions are and what I want to create. Its amazing to see that everything you want really starts with thinking that leads to how you feel which makes you act on, finishing with the results.

My question to you is… what are you creating? And who are you influencing?

“Growing does not feel good when it changes old behaviors” - @cdeffects

You see, when your personal trainer tells you to “hit failure” while lifting, that essentially means you keep going until you can’t anymore.

During this process; lactic acid begins spreading through the muscles, essentially giving you this slightly painful, burning sensation.

Yes, it hurts. Yes, it’s doesn’t feel good. Yes, it’s uncomfortable. Yes, it sucks.

But over time, beyond the pain, is long term growth and development.

But why are we so scared to hit FAILURE when it comes to business? To our goals? To our dreams? To the lifestyle we’re working towards?

This is usually where you need to build on FAITH to utilize the FAILURE as FUEL

Ladies and Gentlemen understand that only DEAD bodies FLOW.

Stop flowing with life and start flowing with God.

1. Start having some short term goals and long term goals that you can look forward to accomplishing. Accomplishment of a goal gives you some life to actually get up in the morning and do what your truly want to do.

3. Have a morning routine. Everyone is different. But have something where you focus on yourself for the first hour or two in the morning before to interact with the world. I’ve taught SAVERS.
Silent
Affirmation
Visualization
Exercise
Read
Scribe

3. Start taking the high road in life instead of the low road. The high road means you have unconditional love and forgiveness. That you refused to play games and you live by principles. That you are guided by character and values. And last but not lease you live above merely human standards.
