Summer in Greece.

For many people, Greece is all about turquoise beaches and whitewashed villages. And while those are certainly part of its magic, summer here is so much more than that.

It’s waking up before sunrise to have an entire beach to yourself. It’s diving into crystal-clear water, wandering through quiet island streets, meeting locals with stories to tell and discovering that even the wildlife can surprise you. Many people don’t realize that Greece is home to the endangered Mediterranean monk seal, one of the rarest marine mammals in the world, making every encounter feel incredibly special.

This carousel is a small collection of what summer in Greece means to me. From the turquoise waters of Amorgos, the timeless charm of Corfu and the authentic moments in Kythnos, to the rugged beauty of Serifos, underwater adventures and an unforgettable encounter with a wild seal in the Sporades.

Every island has its own personality, but they all share one thing: a slower pace of life that reminds you to appreciate the simple moments.

Have you ever visited Greece in the summer?

And if not, did this carousel make you want to add it to your travel bucket list?

In a Tarot reading, when the Sun appears, it is a sign to embrace positivity, celebrate achievements, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
The Sun illuminates the truth, dispelling any darkness or confusion.
It brings enlightenment and understanding.🌞
