Yesterday was awesome! In 2013, I founded a Delta Alpha Pi chapter at UMBC when I was a student. 10 years later, it is stronger than ever. I am honored to have been able to come to speak at their ceremony. Thank you for letting me be apart of this!

Do you self identify as disabled? If you would like, come share your story with us in a presentation style event. Speak on a general overview of your disability (however you experience it), misconceptions, wins and/or positive experiences your disability identity brings you, and anything you might say for how best to be an ally and support someone that is disabled like you. This is completely voluntary and will happen over 2 dates, with the option to enter your presentation content to be compiled into a group infographic shared around campus towards the end of April/early May. Anyone who did not present can also enter into the infographic campaign. Sign up with this link: https://forms.gle/m18tX3AZBQHkyLFz6 . . . [Image ID: Slide one features an illustrated chalkboard graphic with text reading “The Visibility Project. Slide two is white text on a green background. It reads: “INFO: Do you self identify as disabled? If you would like, come share your story with us in a presentation style event.
