What if your team could enter the season already mentally tougher, more connected, and performing as ONE?
Most teams wait until mid-season to fix their culture… but the strongest teams build it before the season even starts.

Introducing our PRE SEASON DEVELOPMENT DAY: a full immersion designed to strengthen your squad from the inside out.

Choose your journey:
🏖 HALF-DAY: Resilience Beach Drills
High-intensity sessions built to test pressure, sharpen communication, and develop true grit.
Your team will walk away tighter, tougher and more aligned.

🔥 FULL DAY: Mindset • Values • Vision
Everything in the half-day, plus deep work on who you are as a team and what you stand for.
We unpack identity, build purpose, and set the foundation for a season your athletes can be proud of.

If you want a team that leads with intention, shows resilience in every moment, and stays united through the toughest challenges, this experience is for you.

DM us to join or if you’re interested in securing a spot for your team.

Let’s build the team behind the performance. 💥

“I had the pleasure of catching up with some of the ‘Original Gangsters’ at Urban Surf over the weekend. Nothing better than hanging out with good mates while dueling each other in grinding pool slabs. Special thanks to Karl Gol for spearheading the get-together, and to Brendan Newton for the epic water shots. Huge props to everyone involved. Looking forward to the annual catch-up.

So many reasons to be grateful 🙌

Focusing on enjoying the journey instead of always thinking about the end goal… bring on summer!

H E A L I N G - I’ve been dying of Covid for the last week or so and have been hiding away from the world trying to recover. Finally starting to see the light and find some kind of normality again. I’ve been taken good care of by Mia and our beautiful neighbours who have dropped around healing soups, lemons and good vibes during the darkness. Blessed and grateful to be so supported. Happy to be back in action. Here’s a hat I made for @dapps67 just before I went down ~][~ Distressed beaver felt fedora in whiskey with petersham ribbon, leather, chain and feather. ✨🎩😉✌🏽🔥
