Too many people go into these big training blocks without the support they need.

This time round, I’m doing everything I can.
No stone unturned.

Lucky to have one of the best in the business helping me stay on top of things.

2 weeks out… ⏳

Berlin. 27.09.26 🇩🇪 We go again.

A summer block sounded like a good idea when I signed up.

Plenty of work to do.

Anyone else running Berlin?

Huge congratulations to everyone involved.

We’re proud to play even a small part in helping people achieve something that matters to them.

Opportunities are always there.
The difference is who commits.

Thank you to @gfive_paris for hosting our after party and letting the team celebrate their win.

Foundation first. Everything else follows.
Seeing the numbers behind the engine.

Testing day with @athlete_lab_uk before a big training block, setting the baseline and seeing where we’re at. 📈

Pleased to welcome @charlie_7991 to the MXO team.
Joining us as a Strength & Movement Coach at one of our most prestigious corporate sites. Great to have him on board, standards are high, so we tested him early. 🤝

Thanks to @theperformancestrategist because a test without an expert coach to deliver it is just data.

And for anyone on our Marathon Team - we’ve got a 30% discount code for VO₂ max & lactate threshold testing if you want to gain priceless insight into what your body is really capable of.

Marathon Squad Track Meet 🤝⏱️

Always setting the highest standards, and who better to lead the session than seasoned marathon runner @emmakirkyo

Workout of the day was the Fultzy 400s, a benchmark for race performance:
➖400m x 20 intervals (we settled on 14 this time)
➖ Rest: 60–90 seconds between rounds

As a rough guide: if your average 400m time is 1 minute 40 seconds, the workout suggests you could run a half marathon in around 1 hour 40 minutes.

Through our network, we aim to share as much useful insight as possible, from lifestyle to training, all to help our team feel race-ready.

We’re now running every Sunday, if you’d like to join us, get in touch!

🤲🏻
