Not your typical girls’ day 🧘🏻‍♀️🌷
This is Heritual Wellness by @risinggirlsglobal 💌

In Jakarta, where everything moves fast..
we chose to slow down… together 🤍

From mindful movement to soft moments,
and creating beauty with our own hands 🌸✨
this is what it looks like to pour back into yourself.

Surrounded by women who uplift, inspire, and just get it 💭
because we are here for you! 🫶🏻

Softness isn’t weakness, it’s power.
And a woman can be both💋

XOXO.

Some of the most meaningful moments begin when women gather with open hearts🤍

Our hearts are full.

HERitual Wellness marked another meaningful milestone for Rising Girls as we hosted our second wellness gathering in Jakarta, following our very first wellness event in Bali (2024). What started as an idea to create intentional spaces for women has continued to grow into a beautiful community rooted in connection, learning, and support.

Seeing familiar faces, welcoming new ones, and sharing this beautiful morning together reminded us that wellness is more than a practice—it’s something we cultivate together.

A special thank you to our incredible yoga teachers, Putri and Zara @the.pspace @tranquii.yoga , for guiding us through a grounding and energising session that encouraged us to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. Thank you to our partners @dara.bersemi and @ronamekar_ team!

We’re also deeply grateful to Drg. Monica Bajunaid @monicabajunaid @yandadentalcare for sharing an insightful session on dental health and reminding us that true well-being includes caring for every aspect of ourselves.

To our partners, collaborators, and sponsors, thank you for believing in our vision and for helping us create a space where women could move, create, learn, and connect. Your support made this experience possible.

Thank you to our sponsors:
@kaeruyuzu.id
@fipper_id
@yandadentalcare
@calystaskincare
@kinesia.physio
@elinor_beautybar

And to every woman who joined us thank you for showing up, not only for this event, but for yourselves and for one another. Every conversation, every smile, and every shared experience made this gathering truly special.

We look forward to creating more meaningful spaces where women can continue to grow, inspire, and rise together.

“When women support one another, extraordinary things happen.” 🌸

With love,
Rising Girls

Had the pleasure of hosting a Flower Arrangement Workshop at HERitual Wellness, in collaboration with @risinggirlsglobal and @dara.bersemi

we explored the beauty of slowing down choosing each bloom with intention, arranging every stem with care and embracing creativity as a form of mindfulness.

Every arrangement was unique, reflecting the personality, emotions, and story of the woman who created it. It was a beautiful reminder that flowers, much like ourselves, bloom in their own time.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to @risinggirlsglobal for creating such a meaningful space for women to connect, create and grow together.

Until we bloom together again🤍

HERitual Wellness 2026 ✨🌸

What a beautiful morning of slowing down, moving with intention, and reconnecting with ourselves and with one another.

On 19 July 2026, Rising Girls gathered an inspiring community of women at Menjadi Sadar, South Jakarta, for HERitual Wellness, a mindful experience designed to celebrate holistic well-being through movement, creativity and meaningful conversations.

Together, we shared:
🧘‍♀️ A grounding yoga flow guided by @the.pspace and @tranquii.yoga
🌸 A mindful flower arrangement workshop by @ronamekar_
🦷 An insightful dental health session by Drg. @monicabajunaid

Beyond every stretch, every bloom, and every conversation, this gathering reminded us that wellness is not about perfection—it’s about creating small, intentional rituals that help us care for ourselves every single day.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for bringing your energy, kindness, and openness. Your presence made this morning truly special.

A heartfelt thank you to our collaborators, speakers, and sponsors for helping us create a meaningful experience for our community💖

Terima kasih kepada seluruh peserta Alunan Tirta. 💧🌸

Lewat kolaborasi Beyond the Yoga, Dara Bersemi, Rona Mekar, dan Yuan Garden Hotel, kita sempat melambat sejenak lewat yoga di tepi kolam dan merangkai bunga, meski hanya untuk satu pagi di tengah padatnya kota. ✨

Sampai bertemu di perjalanan berikutnya bersama Beyond the Yoga. 🤍

A gentle reminder: you deserve to pause🤍

This July, Rising Girls in collaboration with @dara.bersemi and @ronamekar_ is creating a space where women can breathe, reconnect and recharge together. HERitual Wellness is more than just an event—it’s a morning dedicated to mindful movement, creative expression, meaningful conversations and genuine connection.

Together, we’ll experience:
✨ Guided Yoga Practice with @tranquii.yoga and @the.pspace
🦷 Dental Health presentation with our lovely Dentist @monicabajunaid
🌸 Flower Arrangement Workshop by @ronamekar_

A few intentional hours can become the beginning of healthier rituals that stay with us long after the event ends.

Some mornings are meant to be remembered not for how busy they were, but for how deeply they allowed us to slow down.

Our Flower Arrangement Session the Alunan Tirta @dara.bersemi at @yuangardenpasarbaru.jakarta was an invitation to create with intention, embrace the beauty of imperfection, and reconnect with ourselves through nature.

Each bloom held a story. Each arrangement reflected a unique journey. Together, they became a gentle reminder that growth doesn’t need to be rushed like flowers, we blossom in our own time.

Thank you to everyone who shared this meaningful morning with us. Your presence made this experience truly unforgettable.

Until we gather and bloom together again🌸

With love #MeRonaMekar
