Happy Water Me Thursday!
Today we are doing some propagation on our Philodendrons & Monsteras plant babies. Propagating plants is a great way to grow your collection while not spending a dime. From time to time you’ll find that your plants need propagating to continue to thrive and live it’s best life. If a plant is infected, propagating could be a great option to save the remaining healthy parts.

Here are some easy steps to follow:

1. Look for a tiny brown root called a “node” which is below the leaf or steam. These tiny bumps are your key factor to having a successful propagation. Cut off a couple of inches right before a node.
Make sure to include a node or two as this is where the new plant will grow from.

2. Remove any leaves too close to the node.

3. Place your plant cuttings in a glass vase filled with water and leave it in an area that gets bright to moderate indirect light. Stay away from leaving it in an area that has either strong, direct light or super-low light.

Ok friends we finally dressed up our windows and honoured then with some curtains. Although privacy was not an issue since we already had blinds. Personality I can’t do with out curtains as I love the warmth it adds to a space and it just gives a more finished look. So what’s your style are you a blinds, curtains or both kind of girl ? .
