You see the outward transformation… but let’s talk about the incredible work that happened on the inside. 💛

My client came to me before spring with one goal: to get in better shape. What we’ve accomplished together has been so much bigger than a physical transformation.

When she first started, her stress levels were through the roof. She relied on prescription laxatives just to have a bowel movement, struggled with a low libido, and her body was simply stuck in survival mode.

Within just a few weeks, we were able to completely eliminate the prescription laxatives, and she’s continued having healthy, natural daily bowel movements ever since. 🙌

From there, we shifted our focus to healing, not just dieting. We worked on calming her overworked nervous system, learning to separate what she could control from what she couldn’t, and putting her energy where it truly mattered.

She also learned something so many women need to hear: food is not the enemy.

Today she’s eating 2,200 calories a day, including 250 grams of carbohydrates, and her body is responding beautifully. She’s stronger, healthier, more confident, and truly thriving.

This isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about restoring health, building confidence, creating sustainable habits, and giving your body what it actually needs to flourish.

I couldn’t be more proud of this mama and everything she’s accomplished. She now has the knowledge, confidence, and tools to continue succeeding long after our time together.

✨ If you’re ready to stop chasing quick fixes and start building a healthier body from the inside out, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

From customized nutrition and training to bloodwork reviews, hormone health, health phase protocols, macro education, and ongoing support, I’m your one-stop shop for sustainable results.

September Dump. This was a powerful and amazing month for me. I feel like I gained ME back. I’ve had some of the deepest belly laughs, genuine conversations, and amazing people surrounding me. My only focus right now is living in the moment. Never taking the small things that make me happy for granted.
Thank you God for everything you shown me this past month. I needed this 🫶🏻🥰❤️
