Did you know about the “Iconic New York” Gingerbread exhibition at the Museum of the City of New York?
Gingerbread NYC is back for its fourth year where pro and amateur bakers from all five boroughs build New York City entirely out of gingerbread.
This year’s theme is ‘Iconic New York,’ with everything from the Statue of Liberty and the Chrysler Building to the Brooklyn Bridge, Hotel Chelsea, Governors Island, the Botanical Gardens, and even a hyper-realistic bagel and cawfee.
And if you’re coming with kids, they’ll love that they can place different cookie cutters on the shelf by the rolling pin and the screen turns it into an interactive learning experience. And there’s a Magna-Tile station where everyone can build their own gingerbread house.

The exhibition runs through January 19th
