Two of our female coaches, @darcyblu & @islacallisonfootball had no idea they’d be part of the massive growth in women’s football. The game continues to grow every day, and we’re proud to be a female led academy 🙌🏻🩵

📣Meet Darcy Marks @darcyblu ⚽️🩵

Darcy is a 17-year-old footballer who currently represents Charlton Athletic U21s 🔴✨

She began playing football at just 4 years old for a local boys’ team before joining Essex Girls RTC at 7, where she spent six seasons developing her game 🙌. After a year with Chelsea FC 🔵, Darcy continued her journey with Charlton Athletic, where she is now entering her fourth season with the club 🏆🔥

Alongside her playing career, Darcy is passionate about inspiring the next generation 💚 and dreams of becoming both a professional footballer and a role model for young players.

💪 At just 15 years old, she earned her UEFA C Licence 🎓⚽ and has since gained valuable coaching experience with various companies, growing her leadership skills and football knowledge 🌍✨

Today, Darcy proudly coaches at H.E.R. Soccer Academy 💚⚡, where she brings her passion, energy, and first-hand experience from the professional game to inspire and develop our future stars 🌟⚽

The journey is only just beginning 🚀🔥

WOW. 120 girls. One incredible day!
-
Yesterday’s Half Term Session was honestly something special. Seeing 120 of you turn up, work hard, support each other and absolutely enjoy your football is exactly what it’s all about.
-
The energy, the smiles, the effort in every drill… unreal. A huge thank you to all of our amazing guest coaches who gave up their time to lead the sessions – your knowledge, encouragement and passion made the day what it was.
-
The girls had the best time and learned so much. To every single player who attended, thank you for bringing the vibes, the determination and the team spirit. We’re so proud of this community and how it continues to grow!
