The internet has given us incredible ways to connect. We can connect with people we may’ve not been able to prior to social media. It has also changed the way we build relationships.

Digital connection is where it starts. Real relationships and connections grow offline through repetition - collaborations, shared interests, exchanging ideas, new perspectives and experiencing the energy that happens in a shared space.

I really hope we don’t become like people in Wall-E.

SOO (after seeing this post - yes, you’re likely reading this from a grid/feed) step away from the grids and meet talented creatives near you on Fika. Creatives who have already been coloring, making and thinking outside of the grid for a while 🎨

Finally got to see my photography in its new home. The colors are so vibrant. It inspires me so much to create more art. These are both pieces from my visits to the Oregon coast. I feel so blessed that God gave me this wonderful gift. I hope it spreads joy and continues to inspire others. Credits @museumqualityofficial 🌲🦋

So excited to have an Art Reception so people can see my photographs up close and personal. I cannot wait to share the stories behind how I captured these meaningful moments. I realize now how healing this process has been for me. Art is an expression of how one feels in that moment. My hope is that these works of art touch you and bring you joy.

There will be tea and desserts and great conversation to be had. Looking forward to seeing there.🤗🌅

My first solo show is happening tomorrow at the Spice-Topia in Downtown Ventura. My exhibit will be up for viewing and my artwork is available for purchase from April 16th-June 11th. I have included memorable moments on the beach and my love of birds. I was a biologist that monitored the Western snowy plover on beaches in California to the Oregon dunes. These birds are so resilient and it makes think of my own journey. I have definitely been through some challenging times the last few years but I am resilient too. I have discovered that taking care of my mental health really benefits me being physically healthy. My photography has been an amazing outlet for expressing myself and bringing me joy. I hope you have chance come see my work and it inspires you to never give up🌅🐣🥰🫶🏼🦋

💫2025 was such a recalibration year.

✨It was a growing pains year.

✨It was a year I said goodbye to a lot of people, situations, and jobs that no longer served me.

✨It was a year I fell on my face (building a business) and got back up again more times than I can count.

✨It was a year I expanded into the next level me and often times it was extremely painful but I learned to ride out the un-comfort and came out a different person.

🪽💰I’m SO excited to see what I do with 2026 because this is my year for financial success and forever love!!

Happy New Year Friends!! 🥳
