🍓🇧🇷 A little taste of Brazil right here in The Woodlands! 💜

I recently stopped by acai brasil the woodlands with @darcyvazquez and let me tell you… this is SO much more than just açaí bowls! 😍 They offer authentic Brazilian açaí bowls, fresh juices, smoothies, beverages, and Brazilian street food — so there’s something for every craving.

🍇 Açaí Bowls: 100% fruit, made with blended açaí berries and topped with your favorite goodies like granola, fruit, peanut butter & more.
🍫 Choco Lover Bowl: perfect for my chocolate lovers!
💪 Protein Power Bowl: delicious protein- option.
🥕🍊 Sunrise Juice: a fresh blend of carrot, orange & beet.
🥟🇧🇷 6-Piece Brazilian Street Food: a fun way to try some classic Brazilian bites!

Whether you’re looking for a refreshing juice, a healthy-ish breakfast, a post-workout pick-me-up, or want to try authentic Brazilian flavors, Açaí Brasil in The Woodlands* is definitely worth checking out! 💜🇧🇷

Last summer, healing from a sprained wrist, a heavy heart, and a heavy mind, I walked into my first spin class at @rideindoorcycling….
My first thought? “WTF is this shit?!?” 💀
Less than a year later… I hit my 100th Ride.🚲
This isn’t an easy workout. It’s intense. It’s humbling. It’s a lil bit of crackhead energy 😂 — but when something challenges you that hard, you have two options:
1. Quit.
2. Stay. Return to it until struggle turns into strength.📈
So glad I went with the second option.🙏
I used to hate endurance training. Cardio was never my thing. Somewhere in this process, though, it became my new addiction/therapy — fitness, music, and community all in one space. A place where I could move through what I couldn’t always say out loud. Do some Hard Shit 100 times!😎 That “Runners High” after class is so addicting + good for your mental health.⚡️🧠
Grateful for all the instructors who pushed me — & (s/o to @julietaiturralde who I started training with + did most of my classes 🥹) — and for the fitness community!! We all push each other thru this and make showing up worth it…. Love Yall To more Growth, Strength, & Milestones!🥂💙
