Day 7/100, 9.30.26 Proof that God really is at work.

Even though I was getting the wind blown out of me left and right, one thing after the other, news after news, the evening made room for me to breathe again. To feel, decompress, surrender, and trust that God is still working all things together for the good of those who love Him.

Today was a reminder that a rough day can still hold beautiful moments. A heavy heart can still experience joy. And that there is still goodness to be found.

Like the gift of community.

God may not have immediately changed the circumstances that flooded me, but God surrounded me with people who reminds me that I don’t have to navigate every hard thing alone.
_______

To my community,
Thank you for sitting with me, listening, processing, making room for laughter, and gently helping me ground and return to self.

I hope and pray that I don’t become so consumed by what weighs on me that I miss the people and moments God uses to lift me.

And for those who may be having a rough day, I pray joy and peace find its way in! x

This race taught me a lot, both physically and mentally. A reminder of the importance of rest, proper fueling, and listening to my body.

Pushing your limits is important, but knowing when to slow down is just as important.

Grateful to my partner for sticking with me every step of the way. We’ll be back with many more races to come! 🤍

Day 8/100, it’s LOCKTOBER! 🔒🍁

(We’re gonna go backwards a bit, bc ya gurl needs to share days 3-7 😅😂) Wanted to share Locktober thoughhh!!

Shout out to @kylemassi_ for keeping me accountable and motivated during this past week of the 100 day challenge, and now the next 31 days of Locktober!

We’re still aiming for:
100 mins of morning prayer & bible reading
100 mins of movement (lift, walk, sweat, dance, stretch)
[+ Locktober’s 10k step min, eating right & staying hydrated]
100 mins of reading another book
[The Alchemist, for Locktober]

Plus, according to Locktober Pact:
+ being kind (when it costs something)
+ post for proof of life, not a performance.

We’re going for not having to do any Murphs.
No offense to Murph 🫡

How we keep score? We do not let each other lie comfortably.

Here’s to great friends. And even greater standards.
So blessed to be surrounded by the kind of people who move with purpose, keep their word, and want nothing but the best for each other. We’re all chasing growth, pushing each other forward, sharpening each other and becoming better along the way.

10/1/26: Locktober started with a full heart and gratitude for a community that doesn’t just talk about greatness, they live it. And this lifestyle is pretty contagious.

My heart is happiestttt when I’m around people who are tuned in + tapped into the SAME frequency. 🥹🙏🏼

Instant connections today over one of my entire life/therapist mottos (and the TRUTHIEST lil therapeutic snack of the day):

🗣️ “MOVE A MUSCLE. CHANGE A THOUGHT.”
(and make room for God to move too 😮‍💨✨)

Because sometimes healing looks like parts work…
Sometimes it looks like regulating the nervous system…
Sometimes it looks like prayer…
And sometimessssss it looks like getting OUT of our head + back into our body. 🧠➡️🫀

And when the ✨DIVINE TIMING✨ really shows up in the most serendipitous ways…..

I just so happened to stumble upon @jesusandendorphins at our annual LDW @centerpointny community event which of course somehow turned into me, my inner child + my inner athlete’s FAVE kinda days ➡️

competitive tourneys, giant blow-up slides, goats, horses + a DJ blasting the best kind of worship music. 😌😎🎶

Also safe to say my sport-lovin’ lil man had the TIME of his life + obviously had to rep some merchhhh…..

while I got to “bump” around with my second lil man on the way. 💁🏻‍♀️🤰🏻

Baby Labetti 2.0 already learning early:
