I split my time between taking photos and injuring myself trying to take photos.

Good morning! Happy birthday to my brother @darin.gregson !

Today for Throwback Thursday, one of the best 80s groups were the Psychedelic Furs. One of their well known hits was "Pretty in Pink" from the same titled movie. But let me tell you, not their best.

Anything from their album "Midnight to Midnight " was better. So please enjoy, "Shock" by the Psychedelic Furs!

🎭 Unmasked - this weekend at Strata Creations!

Blending contemporary dance, street dance influences, and the innovative partnering practice of Kaeja Elevations, Unmasked explores identity, perception, and the tension between our public selves and private truths. Through powerful physicality and striking video projections, the work peels back layers of performance to reveal what is often left unseen.

Once again, we were very fortunate to start off the festival with a special elder blessing, this time led by Elder Francis “Butch” Wolfleg, which took place at Central United Church on Wednesday, June 17.

On Friday, June 19 at the @shipandanchorpub, we had our annual showcase in partnership with @momentsfestsiksika - an Indigenous-led organization who helped us curate a special lineup celebrating Indigenous artists.

Be sure to check out Moments Fest 2026, running September 4-6 at Siksika Powwow Arbour.

We are so thankful for Radio III / ᎦᏬᏂᏍᎩ ᏦᎢ, Teach Me a Song, and each event that brought Indigenous Futurism in Motion together. We’d also like to express our gratitude for our partners Making Treaty 7 and The Confluence, and artists Hanako Hoshimi-Caines, Elisa Harkins, and Zoe Pöluch. The performances, conversations, and community that arose from these events were invaluable.

As Season Presenting 2026 wraps up, we look forward to our upcoming summer programming, and encourage you to follow along for quickly approaching events!
