I’ll be honest, this took forever to make this because in 2025 we fit a full lifetime into one year. I truly can’t even put into words how grateful I am for all the opportunities and memories we shared this year. We can’t thank you enough for being here cheering us on through it all! Happy new year from our family to yours!!! These were some of our biggest highlights this year: 🇩🇴 1st international family vacation to Dominican 🏆 Winner for @phillyfamilymag Love Awards, Women of Influence, AND @phillymag Parenting Influencer of the Yea Finalist 🎖️Attended my @official_apta pinning ceremony in TX for earning my board specialization in Neurology 💵 Started getting paid collaborations and invites to media only events 🏥 Dropped to per diem at the hospital for more flexibility and to keep pursuing wherever our dreams lead us 👩‍🏫 Shared my knowledge continuing teaching at Drexel, at an international conference for kids with neuromuscular disorders, a kids yoga teacher training, on multiple podcasts, and on @kywnewsradio! 🤰Found out we were pregnant with baby #3… our first girl!!! 💪 Watched L learn to independently ski, swim, ride a big kid bike, and start Kindergarten 👦Watched M chase his love of horses (from carousels to pony rides) and stat pre-K 🎥 Had our most viral video (7M+) when Kevin got emotional at the Lilo and Stitch pre-screening 📲 Traveled to Indianapolis for @pickingdaisiesmedia Creatorland so I could learn from the best in the social media business 📖 Worked around the clock writing a 35 page registry guide, rebranding Phun Phit Pham, and working on our website with @daringhaus (launch coming so soon!) 📈Grew our community to over 5K people ✨ Plus so many memorable family firsts- the ADK balloon festival (even if they don’t get off the ground), Blaze Jack-o- lantern festival, trip to Land of Make Believe, garnet mining, the kids’ first movies in theaters, magic show and so much more! Not sure how 2026 can top all of that but we sure will try 🥹

Even in the age of “personal brands”, I beg you to wake up to this truth 👇🏼 YOU are not what makes your business special! That is, if you wanna create an actual business, something that is not dependent on you 24/7, you’ve got to start thinking and operating differently. The more you put your customers at the center of your brand and create an experience that makes them feel something, the less dependent your brand will be on you specifically. This is what allows you to scale and actually enjoy the business your building instead of feeling like you’ve built yourself another job. 5 Marketing Lessons Every Business Owner Needs in 2025. I’ve tested, failed, and rebuilt every marketing strategy you can imagine. Some worked. Most didn’t. But the ones that did? They aligned with how people actually buy in 2025. Here are 5 lessons from building the exact systems that now drive clients to us on autopilot every week (and to the dozens of other business owners we’ve helped). 1. Attention Comes Before Action Most people try to sell too early. They launch ads, push forms, and then wonder why no one responds. But people don’t buy the first time they see you. They observe. So create curiosity instead. Run one ad that introduces who you are and what you do (without selling anything). Because people can’t hire you if they don’t notice you. 2. Your Profile Is Your Storefront When someone lands on your page, they should immediately know three things: Who you help, what you do, and why you’re different. Most business pages look like digital junk drawers (random photos, old posts, and zero proof). Clean it up. Show results. Show your process. Show your face. People don’t buy from logos. They buy from people they trust. 3. Content Builds Belief Before The Call No one is sold in a 10 minute call. They’re sold through repetition. Every post, every story, every video builds tiny deposits of trust. Show what you do. Teach what you know. Explain why it works. By the time they message you, the sale is already made. 4. Conversations Close Clients Leads don’t ghost because they’re “bad.” They ghost because there’s no relationship. So when someone follows or engages, talk to them. A simple message like: “Hey, appreciate the follow! Just curious, are you checking things out or actively looking for help?” Conversations create clients. Not contact forms. 5. Systems Create Predictability Most businesses live in chaos. Random posts. Random strategies. Random leads. The ones scaling predictably have a system. Beauty brands, GROWTH really does all come down to 2 things: 1. How well do you know your customer? 2. How clearly can you speak to them? To build a community of customers who aren’t just fans, they’re brand BELIEVERS, takes something many people either overlook or are too nervous to do… And that’s identify a common enemy. Like this, for example: Skincare/Beauty 👉🏼 Not against aging, but against filler ingredients, fear-based marketing, or overpriced celeb-backed products that don’t deliver. Fitness/Wellness 👉🏼 Not against people being “lazy,” but against toxic diet culture and quick fixes that set clients up to fail. Where most business owners and CEOs go wrong: they use a rebrand to fix much bigger problems in their reputation. But a new vibe, new colors, new videos/photos won’t actually fix the core of what people believe about your brand. So where do you start? Consider your reputation. What are people actually saying about you, and does it align for what you want your company to be known for? If not, don’t just update your logo - update your reputation. Big news in the spray tan world: @thesunlesschateau The Sunless Chateau just sold their business!!! And while I’m so happy for her, it also stings a little.
