BLUE NIGHT

It's a wrap! 18 days and 14 services later, its finally come to an end. I honestly couldn't have asked for better people to do it alongside with, what a team

It was a dream come true to cook my own menu in Italy, let alone at the iconic Torre restaurant in Prada foundation. There are way too many people to thank for making this happen, but please just know that I am incredibly grateful to each and every one of you, even for the people whom I haven't met before that saw the post and came down just to try the menu. It has been amazing.
Grazie mille and ciao Italy!! 🙏🏻🇮🇹
