Some of you may not know that some of us play disc golf in our spare time. The 3-day run ended last night, so we got a round in on the way back home to Louisville.

@darkacediscgolf you should definitely sponsor us as a band. 👀

Maybe one of the purest disc golf shots I've ever thrown. This is my local course and I finally rang up the ace I've been trying for for years, and I hit it during a Livestream of all things!
And yeah, it rained a bit during as well. Shout-out as always to @darkacediscgolf and @greatlakesdisc

It’s crazy to think I’ve only thrown the Heat 6 times during this event. I mainly threw Skyway, Cap Thrash and Cicadas. Thanks @discraftdiscgolf & @climodiscgolf 🤘🏼
- and just like that, one more stop for your ghoul. She’s on her way to the Powerball Cup in Virginia

Maine State Championships 2026!

What a killer week! My goal for the tourney was top half of the field and I eeked it out with a 7th place finish! I spent a good amount of prep time trying to learn the Commander and Patriot and plan out shots, but call me Christa Pike the way I failed to execute on both courses!

1st round at BSR was decent, couple holes I normally birdie that I missed, couple holes I don’t usually birdie that I got, it all comes out in the wash. Sitting in 2nd after the round!

2nd round was on Patriot and got to lay down my worst round to date! Sometimes you’re the hammer, sometimes you’re the nail, and I was certainly getting pounded. +13. Big Oof!

3rd round was on Commander and woof! Bounced back from an OB bogey on hole 1 to getting pars on 2 and 3 for the first time ever! Rest of the round was substandard. In total, 8 Pars, 8 Bogeys and 2 Double Bogeys. +12.

All in all, shooting +25 felt not great but only being 8 strokes off the win was better than last year! I had awesome card mates all weekend and had a blast despite some bootycheeks shooting. Getting to see @alwayshuynhing_ and @dr.meaganbaker take down the wins in FPO and FA2 was awesome! Shoutout to @obsessivecompulsivefishing for the pictures/vids/banter all weekend!

There's a dozen things you could have barely changed and it gone in... but you hit the band. At least you didn't under commit?

Carolina Clash 26- 7th place

What a weekend this has been. After taking some time off from playing rated events I figured I would try to get into the clash and after sitting on the wait list I got a spot. Overall pretty happy with my finish even though I feel like I didn’t play my best.

Day 1 was a challenge in so many ways. Hornets Nest and Nevin in the same day was honestly really tough physically and even more so mentally. Thankfully the weather was absolutely perfect. Hornets round went by super quickly and I didn’t think I played crazy well but it put me on lead card for second round and that was kind of cool! Nevin ended up being a challenge of its own dealing with wind and my body slowly running out of energy. I got home from my round and absolutely crashed.

Day 2 at eastway I wish I could say I had a good day but my day started rough with a bad nights sleep and waking up incredibly sore. On the second tee shot of the morning I felt a burning sensation in my forearm and the rest of my round I was dealing with fear of pain and lack of commitment on my throws. It honestly started to settle into my mental game and I was struggling. All while dealing with this I can actually say I had to lean on my putting and it was really coming in clutch. I’ve struggled with my putting for the past couple events and today it finally showed up. I managed to sink an 86ft putt for birdie on hole 7 and a 75ft putt on 10 to finish my round with a birdie. After the struggle of a round I manage to only fall two places in the standings and I’m not too upset with that!

Now we rest up for USDGC and all the excitement to come! As always thanks to my sponsors @scorpiondiscgolf and @darkacediscgolf 🤘🏼
