Legs/back *deadlift day* from the weekend

Gassed to be moving 250kg like this already for a clean 3 and then a cheaty ish one (still finished it 😼) when my goal was to pull 6pps for even just a single by my birthday in 5 weeks so that’ll defo happen sooner for more than 1 lmao
Feels impossible to do anything or even move after coming home from this session, lovely stuff as always

2x deadlift
2x seated ham curl
1x leg ext
2x leg press
2x pulldown
2x machine row
2x split squat
1x lying hamstring curl
3x calf

Upper 2 @meritor_gyms_ last night
Back focused - however, much more lat focus than anything as this is where my back development is severely lacking. This is the same across both back programming for our upper days.

Thankyou @darkstims @daniel_ewen for the sick pump 💪🫡

Progression is a choice - get tf after it every time regardless of the phase you’re in if you wanna grow/retain tissue
(Did an extra set of RDLs to make up for fluffing it, fatigue monster is coming already)

Fantastic to meet up with Lloyd for an in-person yesterday! Lloyd’s progress so far has been incredible and he’s only getting better.

Solid push day, followed by some posing rounds which is something that we’re going to spend some more time on now that food and training are in good spots.

More to come! If you are interested in knowing more about the coaching service, DM me “coaching” and I’ll reach out with some details for you🫡

Deadlifts n some pressing - More, more, more (again)

Just trynna make myself look weaker each week which seems to be going well so far as expected in the first few weeks post prep, especially determined to drive up these deads though with maximum persistence as I know for sure it will build me a NASTY posterior

Another Pull/Legs today and another good step forward. Got no time to fuck about with these pulls - I get one chance per week so there really is no other choice to progress in some way despite still feeling fairly trashed post prep especially through the lower but just convincing myself it’s my head going into sessions like these
Very little quad volume on this one which is mostly placed on my Monday session however the sets are extremely accurate/intense making sure I rinse everything out of them, also allows for some back volume at the end of this session. Glutes/hammies are the priority here as they absolutely need a whole lot more work than my back at this current moment

Looking forward to this session the most atm despite it being the most brutal which will only bring me more progress 👍

What’s actually in my gym bag 🤍
The things I take with me for pretty much every gym session - from essentials to the the little things I always seem to need.
I feel like everyone has those things they refuse to go to the gym without 😂

2 weeks out from @pca_official ENGLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

First show of the season 🙂‍↕️ seeing all of my clients n friends alike going out and killing it this year has gotten me fired up man

20kg on my frame since the last time I stepped on stage at @pca_southkorea for the super series back in 2024 - still remember feedback from the head judge then have been working every day to execute what was asked

So exited to show this at 100% @qaisbutt_ @kaizenposing getting me right ensuring I display myself to the fullest for when it counts the most

Found this old photo of myself back when I was 7 welding the shield of St George used to play with my ridgebacks in the garden w this haha would be cool to recreate this 20 years later :)

Pumped to the gills with 2x scoops of DARKSTIMS pump 😛
