Tonight my Pilates girls surprised me with the sweetest little baby shower, and my heart is so full. From day one, they have shown up for me, supported me, encouraged me, celebrated me, and loved me through this season. What started as a place to move my body became a community of women who have made such a beautiful impact on my life. Seeing every single one of them show up tonight and spoil baby boy and me with so much love meant more than I can put into words.
