🏊‍♀️ Client Win: Darrah

Darrah, a collegiate swimmer, came to QMR dealing with right shoulder impingement that was affecting her ability to train comfortably.

With a limited window before returning to school, we focused heavily on Steps 1 & 2 of our 3-Step Process:

✅ Decreasing pain and reducing neck and shoulder compensation

✅ Improving shoulder blade engagement and control

✅ Building scapular strength with targeted banded exercises

✅ Giving her tools she can continue using when she returns to training

The goal wasn’t just to help her feel better—it was to help her understand how to move better in the pool and take that knowledge with her back to college.

🎥 Watch the reel to see her progression.
