(408)-NATE (Full vid in bio 🎥)

I’ve created this project mainly to create memories as my past teams helped me remember and cherish the most memorable ones. I’m so honored to have created this project with the people I have grown with the most in the dance community, and I’m excited to meet many more talented movers in the future.

Tysm @mainstaydance for this opportunity 🫶🏽🙌🏽

IDL CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 RECAP

It’s always really hard to put into words all the feelings I have, reflecting on our journeys to events like these. Because it’s so much more than just this one day or this one performance. Getting to be a part of this community, a part of this family, and a part of this insanely beautiful and magical art form is something I will never fully be able to express my gratitude for.

A good word to try and express how I am feeling after this journey is proud. I am so proud of what we all created together. I am proud of how much we pushed ourselves and each other. I am proud of what we put out on that stage and how we repped our CM fam and community. But I am the most proud of how much care and love we have for one another and this team.

@commonality you put so much of your drive and heart into this set and this process. None of this would have been what it was without each and every one of you. To get to watch you all grow everyday in so many different facets is a gift and I truly loved every second of this journey with you all. Thank you will never be enough 🫶🏼 you all inspire me everyday and I can’t wait to keep growing alongside you all.

@aloevirawang @anthony_daste @tofumeow - I am forever grateful for your friendship, guidance, and love. The way you push yourselves to be your best everyday does not go unnoticed and I am constantly inspired by you all. I am excited to see what lies ahead for us and the team throughout this next season of dance and life. Love ya, dudes.

THANK YOU to all our friends and fam who have supported us through this entire process and continue to support us every single day. We aren’t CM without you and we truly couldn’t have gotten here without your love and support. We 🫶🏼 you BIG.

Lastly a HUGE thank you to @idl.global for having us and for everyone who worked so hard to put this together. What you all are doing is truly monumental and we’re honored to be a small part of it !

Let’s keep pushin ✨

what a privilege to be tired from the work you once begged the universe for.

what a privilege to feel overwhelmed by growth you used to dream about.

what a privilege to be challenged by a life you created on purpose.

what a privilege to outgrow things you used to settle for.

it’s all for you CM. i think the world of the family you’ve given me, in and out of dance. i love you, i love you~
auntie out!! 🖤

Hii everyone!!!

Today’s topic is about feeling strong, I feel it’s a pretty common occurrence to hear in class “damn I’m so tired” or some similar variant of how admittedly due to habits or circumstances; our bodies haven’t been taken care of. I believe that also in that regard, a lot of “dance tips” lean more into the fear mongering of not wanting to be tired rather than emphasizing how amazing it feels to be rested and strong!

As you can see in this class, I took the whole class with 3 layers essentially (tank, shirt, and hoodie) and by the end I WAS READY FOR ANOTHER as a result of the training and conditioning I’ve been doing recently. Feeling STRONG is such an understated feeling in dance where your ligaments literally feel like springs and your core feels like a concrete wall. I’ll give it to Darrenn and Darrell that this piece was super full body type movements that can be very tiring but feel so rewarding to execute through! You can literally see in my face I’m just having a good time and it’s a feeling that I’ll continue to look for as I continue my dance journey!

Thanks again for the amazing class and until next time, have a good day/night and cyall next time!!!!
