Veterinarians and dog trainers aren’t on separate teams — we’re part of the same care team. 🐾

Behavior is health, and health affects behavior. Pain, anxiety, fear, GI disease, endocrine disorders, neurologic conditions, and chronic stress can all show up as “bad behavior” long before a diagnosis is made. At the same time, training and behavior support are essential for reducing stress, improving quality of life, and strengthening the human-animal bond.

When vets and trainers work together, pets benefit from a more complete approach:
🐾 Medical issues are identified early
🐾 Training plans are safer and more effective
🐾 Fear, stress, and anxiety are addressed compassionately
🐾 Families feel more supported
🐾 Pets live healthier, happier lives

Collaboration matters because wellness is more than vaccines and lab work — it’s emotional, behavioral, and physical health combined.

The youngsters enjoyed another beautiful evening walk last night, this time they were out near downtown. They stopped here and there to soak up the sights and get pet from new friends. Mom even ran into some old friends of ours. (Remember the video Mom posted not too long ago with her being interviewed? Well, we ran into the interviewer - our friend Darris Cooper! It was so awesome to introduce him to Stella and Daisy!) Mom also stopped for her favorite Fish & Chips at Marion's Fish Market. Delicious!

Happy tongue out Tuesday everyone!

In honor of tonight’s HCA Astra awards, a flashback to the 2024 event, the first time I dragged my mom to an awards show and she outshone all of us, the first time I finally got to sit with La Chenoweth @kchenoweth and gush about how much I adore her and we both gushed about how much we adore our boy Damien Bassman, the first time we also sat with @alfredyankovic before we got to play with him again at @slapstudiosla thanks to the beautiful @whitneyavalon , the first time I was honored to be nominated for an Astra for @msmarvelofficial , and not the first nor the last time we will be holding puppies on the red carpet thanks to @petcolove . Thanks to the @hollywoodcreativealliance for these and so many more unforgettable memories of sharing in the celebration of storytelling in so many forms. Can’t wait to celebrate an extraordinary year of beautiful stories brought to life again tonight (and yes, hold some more puppies).

And scroll through to see my beloved @michelle.borbolla and @melvinstyles who are responsible for pretty much every time I look good on a red carpet and without whom my life would be a hell of a lot less fun.

Sometimes, the imposter syndrome hits at the worst possible time but then I caffeinate and remember who the eff I am 💪🏽

I’m the Latina content creator behind the scenes handing celebrities puppies on the red carpet, making conversation with anyone and everyone I can, pulling out my silly duck squeaky toy to get puppies’ attention for photos, and capturing all the content I can along the way— a.k.a. doing the damn thing 💅🏽! It’s what I do and I feel so blessed to call it my job 😌

We had so much fun kicking off summer with our media & influencer friends in LA! ☀️🌴 The DIY tote bags & charm bracelets 🐾✨ , customized Reddy denim jackets👖and (of course) pup cups were some of our favorites 🥰. Which summer toy would your pet grab first?

Another red carpet in the books! 📸🎬🤩

As I continue to practice gratitude, putting together some of my favorite moments from #TheAstras this week to remind myself of these amazing moments that make the blood, sweat and tears worth it! 💪🏽💖

1. Meeting @kiernanshipka who I’ve loved since her Mad Men days! 💕
2. Ernie Hudson and his gorgeous wife being the cutest couple on the carpet hands down! This puppy was obsessed with them and I just about died from cuteness overload 🥰
3. It’s a tie between @krisbowersmusic with a puppy or with his award for the score of Wild Robot. 🏆😍 🐶Literally sobbed the entire movie because of this man’s musical genius! 😭 have been a fan of his work since #DWP and I literally cried during his acceptance speech— ugh he’s brilliant! 🤩
4. Meeting comic Loni Love who brought out my very real (but sometimes deemed unprofessional) cackle from my seat in a room full of celebrity talent. We’re just living more authentically these days 😉
5. Crying when my favorite auntie @sweeetanj accepted an award from us for all of her amazing work with us over the last year. The Puppy Roll came full circle! 😭💜 there’s no better human around!
6. Being reunited with my Tripod 💕 red carpet dream team even with our injuries and a missing voice! @darris_cooper ☕️
7. Showing off my bad bitch capacity on the carpet with my boot 💁🏽‍♀️ I sometimes forget my own strength so let this serve as my mental reminder! 🧠💪🏽

So what I’m saying is #ICried lol 😅😭 But FRFR, loving every moment of this crazy life of mine & feeling blessed AF 💗
