Our second viewer interaction on T-Bags. 🎥

Unfortunately, we experienced a camera malfunction and weren’t able to complete the filming. Even so, the time spent together was truly enjoyable and a great reminder of why we love creating these moments.

We sincerely hope @jcxd had as much fun as we did. In the meantime, we’re sharing a few wonderful shots he captured — a special perspective from behind the lens. 📸

Here’s to many more interactions like this in the future.

And if there are any camera sponsors willing to help us avoid technical hiccups next time… we’d be incredibly grateful.

Meet February’s power pair, Daryl & Jie Ling: the couple who breeze in, put in the work, and make every session a little brighter at BFT Punggol Coast. From strong lifts to big laughs, they’re the perfect reminder that progress hits different when you’ve got great company. Congrats, you two! 💙✨

Here's their testimony:

Daryl
"My journey at BFT Punggol Coast has been fun and fulfilling ever since the studio opened. I’ve managed to lose weight and increase my fitness level, and the coaches have been incredibly helpful. They are always giving me tips and feedback whenever I have questions or whenever they spot areas I can improve on. I always look forward to sweating it out to destress, catching up with the friendly BFTPC community, and making new friends while working hard together. My favourite BFT programme is XTX because of the “you go, I go” structure, where I get to put in maximum effort to finish my reps and tekan my wife by reducing her rest time (she’s my workout partner for most sessions!)."

Jie Ling
"BFTPC is a place I have to visit daily; it truly feels like my second home, and I feel off whenever I miss a day of working out. I love the structure of the BFT programme, which combines strength, cardio, and hybrid training. It keeps me excited to show up day after day, knowing every session is different. As long as you keep showing up, the progress and results will definitely follow. I always look forward to the positive vibes, the friendly community, and the awesome coaches who never fail to look out for you. My favourite BFT programmes are Strength Endurance, where we push our muscles to true soreness, and Crewfit, because it’s always fun working out in a team, cheering each other on, and clocking those calories together!"

TBAGS Golf invited our viewers @terilicious.seah @jim_chiew (HCP 18 & 27) to join us for a round at Senibong Golf and Country Club — and what a day it turned out to be.

Not only did we go LOW, but we were honestly blown away by how good some of you are. The energy, the vibes, the shots… everything was on point.

This is exactly why we started TBAGS — to build a golfing community where everyone can come together, improve, compete and most importantly, have fun.

We’re truly thankful for every single one of you who supports the channel and takes the time to come out and play with us.

If you’d like to join us for a future round, drop us a message — we’re always happy to host more games.

To more golfing trips, more birdies, and more memories together. ⛳️🔥

Episode 3: What Would a Pro Do? ⛳️

This time around, we feature the longest touring professional in Singapore, @nick_laus.chi_am.
Is this a realistic way for amateurs like us to tackle Tanjong Puteri?
Probably not — he hits it way too damn far 😅

Still, it’s incredible to watch how a professional takes on a course with such ease and confidence. So much to learn, so much to admire.

Follow us as we continue this journey 👊Full video is out on YouTube now :)
