Dar plays Mohammed “Mo” Farooq in THE TERMINAL LIST: DARK WOLF on Prime Video. In this episode, Dar and I cover the physicality of the character, the moral grey zone he operates in, and the subtle nuance that makes his decisions resonate with audiences. We dig into the relationships that drive the story, the scale of the action sequences, and the foundation that grounds the world of DARK WOLF.

Dar also shares the remarkable life journey that shaped him as a person and an actor, and what’s ahead in TRUE BELIEVER.

One laudatory aspect of Jack Carr's "Terminal List: Dark Wolf" is the show's close attention to detail - like the Arabic-dialed Seiko SNKP21J1 automatic on @darsalim1's wrist here.

I sat across the table from a few Arab interlocutors wearing this watch (or others like it, favoring Arabic language numerals) during my previous careers in intel and diplomacy, and caught this watch almost immediately.

Check out the Terminal List series (did I mention Jack has written a few books, as well?) - you won't be disappointed. And be sure to watch Carr's Danger Close Dark Wolf episode featuring Salim, and read @watchesofespionage's write up on the same watch

My new film, “Mango,” explores the power of love.
Like the mango itself, love depends on timing.
Too early, and it is hard and distant too late, and it falls apart in your hands.
But there is a single fleeting moment when sweetness and softness meet, when everything aligns.
That moment is rare. That moment is everything.

None of this would exist without my remarkable team. shoulder to shoulder, daring to dream higher,
forever stretching the limits of what our budget could bear, while our ambition only reached further.
You turned challenges into creativity, and I am endlessly grateful.

@netflixnordic ❤️ thank you for your faith, for playing with open hearts and brilliant minds. You help carry our stories into living rooms and quiet corners all over the world, planting small smiles even when the world feels heavy. Your trust is a gift, and I treasure it.
