POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Almost two years ago, I booked a retreat to Morocco for after my boys left for college. I thought I’d need time to regroup, reconnect with myself, and grow.

Then bodybuilding happened.

My goals changed, my routines became sacred, and with my pro debut ahead, leaving my gym, food, and improvement season felt unbearable.

I cried. I procrastinated. I even called Maria to cancel.

Her response? “Those feelings are exactly why you need to come.”

So I listened.

Enter Jenny, a woman from Huntsville I’d never met, who planned my entire trip. I somehow convinced myself she was an old lady and dreaded traveling with her.

I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Jenny was young, beautiful, the perfect roommate, and is now one of my favorite humans.

And Morocco? Nothing could have prepared me for it.

Quiet mornings. Yoga. Bodywork. Fascia release. Adventures. Workshops. Conversations that went deeper than I imagined.

But the real magic was the women.

Fifteen successful women from different walks of life and corners of the world, each carrying stories of survival, trauma, love, heartbreak, and triumph.

We shared. We cried. We laughed. We healed. We held each other.

I’ve never felt so whole, loved, understood, or genuinely held.

The word “tribe” gets thrown around, but Morocco showed me its true meaning: women loving women softly, without competition, judgment, or expectations. Just showing up for each other.

I went afraid of losing progress in my physical goals and came home realizing how much growth I still had to do within myself.

Thank you, @awakenwithmariabrito , for knowing I needed this before I did.

To every woman in my life: book the retreat. Sometimes what you’re resisting is exactly what your soul needs.

🎥 Can something this small really create footage this good? 🤯

The DJI Neo 2 continues to blow me away. Whether you’re just starting your content creation journey or you’re already creating professionally, this tiny drone proves that incredible storytelling doesn’t need huge equipment.
The image quality, stability and detail are simply unreal. Lightweight, beginner-friendly and powerful enough to produce cinematic footage that elevates every edit.

As a Luxury Travel Specialist, capturing the smallest details is what I’m all about. My clients trust me to go beyond the brochure, to experience destinations first-hand and showcase the little moments that make somewhere truly special. This is exactly where the DJI Neo 2 shines.

This footage was captured at the breathtaking Dar Syada in Morocco 🇲🇦 a place I can wholeheartedly recommend. From the stunning architecture to the peaceful surroundings and incredible hospitality, it’s one of those destinations that leaves a lasting impression.

✨ Great content isn’t about having the biggest drone…
It’s about capturing moments that inspire people to explore the world.

A huge well done to DJI @dji for creating such an incredible little drone, and a heartfelt thank you to Dar Syada @darsyada for your wonderful hospitality and for allowing me to capture the beauty of your stunning property. ❤️

Would you trust something this small to create content like this? Let me know below! 👇

A nervous system reset in one of the most beautiful villas in Marrakech. ✨

Calm, quiet, clean, and surrounded by the sweetest, most accommodating staff. These days, true luxury isn’t about excess it’s about comfort, peace, and relaxation.

Nothing compares to a serene environment that allows you to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

A truly therapeutic escape. 🤍

🌿 One minute you’re deep in the chaos of Marrakech… the next you’re completely switched off in the mountains.

Let me show you the hidden side of Morocco 🇲🇦✨

📍 Dar Syada Boutique Hotel & Spa - 40 mins outside Marrakech and honestly? It felt like a full reset for my nervous system.
Morocco is magical. But it’s also intense. The souks, the medinas, the long desert drives… after weeks on the road, I needed somewhere that made me properly exhale. This was it.

3 pools. Intimate lounges where you notice something different every single time. Calm. Elegant. Warm. Luxury - but with personality.

Their tagline says it all: For the connoisseurs. And I completely agree 🖤

But what made @darsyada truly unforgettable? The people ❤️
The staff made me feel at home from the second I stepped out of the car. Genuine, kind, and the sort of hospitality you simply don’t forget.
Oh - and they have pet camels 🐪✨ Genuinely their pets, not working camels - and yes, next time I’m taking the boys out for a walk.
I even had a full day of rain during my stay. And honestly? It still didn’t ruin a thing. Because sometimes it’s not about the perfect weather. It’s about how a place makes you feel.
Dar Syada gave me exactly that - peace, warmth and a chance to slow down properly

WiFi can be a little patchy… but that’s Morocco 😂 Grab a good local SIM and you’ll be absolutely fine.

Save this for your Morocco planning 🇲🇦
DM me for help with routes, luxury stays, desert tours or trusted private drivers - I know exactly how to do Morocco properly now ❤️

Just 2 travel addicts… finding magic in places most people never see ✨

Dar Syada, @darsyada tucked just 45 minutes outside Marrakech, isn’t just a hotel… it’s an escape. A place where the noise disappears, the pace slows, and you actually feel something again.

This isn’t your typical stay. Think three pools, Atlas Mountain views, lush gardens, spa experiences, and architecture that blends traditional Moroccan design with modern luxury… every corner feels intentional, every detail curated to perfection.

And then there’s the food…

The Köscössön Restaurant @koscosson.marrakech is an experience in itself. Refined Moroccan and international cuisine, beautifully presented, served in the most unreal setting - whether that’s overlooking the gardens, poolside, or under the soft glow of evening lights. From slow, relaxed breakfasts to intimate dinners with wine, it’s one of those places you don’t just eat… you stay for the moment.

And of course… I just had to wear my Morocco dress from @neverfullydressed - it would’ve been rude not to ✨

I’ve stayed in some unreal places… but this one?
This one hits differently. It’s not just stunning… it’s magical. The kind of place your camera won’t do justice, only your own eyes will.

If you’re craving a reset, a moment, or somewhere that feels effortlessly luxury… this is it.

More to come from this unreal spot… trust me, you’re going to want this one saved 🤍

The Mirror Theory…

I’ve lost count of how many countries I’ve done solo… and now I finally get it.

Because when you travel alone, the world stops distracting you from yourself.

There’s no one to perform for.
No one to shrink for.
No familiar roles to fall back into.
No one who knows your name, your story, your past.

You’re just… you.

And in that quiet, something shifts.

You start noticing what actually excites you when no one’s watching.
What scares you when you have to face it alone.
What feels like home… even in a place you’ve never been.
And what you’re truly capable of when comfort isn’t an option.

That’s the part no one tells you about solo travel.

You think you’re booking a flight…
But really, you’re booking a front row seat to yourself.

Every city becomes a mirror.
Every stranger becomes a lesson.
Every moment you figure out alone builds something in you that group travel never will.

You’re not just seeing the world…
You’re meeting yourself—without the noise, without the expectations—again and again.

Different time zones.
Different languages.
Same truth.

It doesn’t just change your passport…
It changes you.

It’s not lonely.
It’s honest.

And once you feel that?

You’ll never stop chasing it.
