AILI SCOTT is off to Dartmouth! So proud to have her as part of the Tahoe Endurance family and excited to see her take on these next seasons!

Some unhelpful advice for Aili: Don’t wear a jellyfish as a helmet!

At The College Cup, we believe the biggest advantage an athlete can have is access.

Athletes and families always ask the same questions: What does it take to get recruited? What academic standards do schools expect? What are college coaches really looking for?
Results and FIS points matter, but when athletes have similar resumes, character is often what makes the difference.

That’s why The College Cup is built differently.

Athletes are placed on teams and spend the week training, competing, and solving challenges together. The focus is on learning to race for the team and yourself.

Each day, every team rotates to a new pair of NCAA coaches, ensuring every athlete receives equal access. Beyond the hill, athletes and families connect with coaches through seminars, meals, and individual video review, creating meaningful relationships while gaining a clear understanding of collegiate skiing.

What makes The College Cup unique is the community. Athletes train alongside peers from across North America and around the world, build lifelong friendships, and leave with a better understanding of what it takes to compete at the collegiate level.

2026 NCAA Coaching Staff
• Dartmouth - John Dwyer
• Denver - Joonas Rasanen
• Vermont - Bill Reichelt
• Middlebury - Abby Copeland
• Babson - Brett Batchelder
• Williams - Amber McHugh
• Colby - Erik Harlow
• Harvard - Scott MacPherson
• St. Lawrence - Willi Steinrotter
• Bates - Kurt Simard

2026 College Cup Teams

🇮🇹 Cortina • 🇮🇹 Alta Badia
🇨🇭 Adelboden • 🇨🇭 Wengen

Every athlete learns from every coach while developing the teamwork, leadership, and character that define successful student-athletes.

We can’t wait to see everyone in Saas-Fee for The College Cup 2027

Most skiers train to get strong. Fewer train to move well.

Two college ski racers train with us, and the work looks different than a typical strength program. Half the session is spent on the stuff most athletes rush through in a warm up: plyometrics, multi-directional movement, control in every direction the body actually moves in on snow.

When we do lift, the load isn’t the point. The intention behind each rep is. Slowing down the eccentric, the lowering part of a lift, and locking in glute activation does more for a skier’s back than adding weight to the bar ever will. You can lift less and still leave feeling like you worked harder than you ever have.

This matters because ski racing beats up the back. Big lifts without the right foundation just load a weak system faster. Train the movement first. The strength holds up longer when it’s built on top of something stable.

This is the standard we train every athlete to, on the mountain or off it.

Want to see how it’s built? Come check out the process.

Eight years later #nevergiveup

Almost majored in film (still made some short films), skied in some races for the Big Green, ultimately majored in government (interesting stuff), surfed a bunch, and made some friends
