It stands there to be seen, to be understood, or perhaps to awaken doubt.
It is not what I planned, but what it chose to become.

It is the result of mistakes, and of the patience to begin again, to listen, to understand what it was asking to be.
It is shaped at the crossroads, by every encounter, every person, from the one who simply said good morning to the one who changed my path, all of them bringing me here, exactly here.

It carries my pain, my tears, my fragility, but also my courage, my smile, and above all, my love.

It stands there.
Mojubá. Odará.

Denise Kottlett & Crystal Wall presented their collaboration CONTAMINARE or To Touch Together at S_P_I_T_ 2025, a sound and video installation unfolding as a live performance and the first collaboration between them and Francesca Centonze.

Moving through vulnerability, trust and embodied listening, the work approached touch as shared responsibility. Through sound, moving image and performance, they traced unruly interspecies love stories — microbes, compost and bodies entangled in multispecies pleasure and community. Here, contamination becomes connection, resisting anthropocentric and extractive narratives of nature, where nothing remains fixed and everything transforms through relation.

It was with a tear in my eye that @jakoblenaknebl and @ashleyhansscheirl wonderful exhibition at the @klockermuseum sadly came to an end today.
I am incredibly happy that we were able to work on this fantastic project together with the two artists and I am so excited to see what the future holds for these wonderful artists and special people. 💗

A special shout-out also goes to Markus Pires Mata @das_em , without whom the exhibition would never have turned out the way it did.❤️‍🔥

And, of course, a big thank you goes to my colleagues at the Klocker Museum: @matzemesser @teodorasaviic @tobiy_sturm 💕
