after the insanity of school and the holiday chaos at crema, i have been able to take time and reflect on where my perspective has changed this past year and what areas i have grown . and truly, i think a big way is how proud i have become of being a woman.

this past week, i haven’t been able to stop thinking about how thankful i am for the women in my life .

to some of my friends, i have notoriously been known as a “woman hater” (though, have never actually hated women). but, for most of my life i have had such a hard time with female friendships. growing up the middle child of two brothers, it’s always been easier for me to be “one of the guys.”

however, this year has been extraordinarily different. the genuine support and kindness i have experienced from women specifically has left me awestruck. i’ve witnessed immense strength and courage . i’ve been empowered to do hard things and try new ones.

group chat conversations, k-pop nights, engagement parties, morning runs, laughter, hugs, drinks, strava kudos, car rides, dinners have all convinced me that this year has been a year for the girls . if you’ve been a woman in my life this year, please know i praise God for you . 2026 ain’t ready for us .

I was talking to my girls today about how my abs are so sore, but I haven’t done any working out recently, and one of my friends asked me, ”have you been laughing a lot?” That is how I know it’s been a good weekend because YES I have had so much joy and laughter this weekend with my people. A weekend to be thankful for 🫶🏼

This week we are at @riviererooftop AT @fsnashville in #nashvilleTN 🏊‍♀️💕

Okay so like I mentioned in the video, this place was really cute aesthetic wise and the food was really good! But my Lord… please work on the customer service because first impressions are everything. We also asked to rent an umbrella for our pool chairs and they told us that the “we don’t have any, we can’t move them, ect.” But there were definitely a lot available and the couples beside us had one. I get better service at Mc Donald’s 😂😂😂 I’m dragging it ahaha!!! But any who food wise I give this place 8.3/10 OVERALL rating including the customer service I give it 5.6/10.

What we ordered 👇🏽
MARCOS TACOS 🌮
TURKEY & BACON 🥪
Strawberry Mojito Mocktail🍹
