Somehow we turned “work” into family memories. 🎬

So grateful for every opportunity that lets us step in front of the camera together. We’ve been able to do some pretty cool things as a family because of commercial work, and I swear the boys just think we’re out here on another family adventure. 🤣

And if I’m keeping it completely real… I’m EXTRA grateful we’re all such good sports—especially when it’s 4:30 AM call times and we’re smiling through it like it’s totally normal… or when we’re jumping into pools and it’s like 65° outside. 🥶🏊‍♀️😂 (Hence the robes!)

Definitely one of those “how is this our job?!” moments. 🥹

I can take credit for a well curated party but what I could NEVA do is take credit for the people God has so perfectly placed in my life these last 40 years!!! Family, friends, friends who have become family 🫶🏾

I went back and forth about whether to throw a party or take a trip! But I kept coming back to wanting ALL of my people in one place. In my home. It ended up being everything I dreamed it would be and more. As I went over the faces in attendance to take this group picture, I saw people who booked flights, drove hours, set up babysitters months in advance to come and celebrate with me. These people love me DOWN 😭 They only add to me, there is no subtraction. And all I can thank God for is people like this. At 40, this is what is important. Discernment that comes with age is a thing of beauty 🥹

Each Mother’s Day brings a little more independence for them and me. This morning hot coffee was carried up a flight of stairs on a tray without the help of Dad 😂 I was very impressed with them! All girls were chosen for me and I love it here 🥹

This weekend has been filled with the motherly love of friends, family and my own Mommy! I’m so grateful to be surrounded by Mothers that I deeply admire and truly love.

My own motherhood journey is shaped by a legacy of women who love hard and I couldn’t be more proud to be the Granddaughter of Ora, the Daughter of Pat and now the Mother of Noelle, Lois and Minka 🫶🏾

To all of those who are hurting today, you are on my heart heavy 🤍
