JONAH WAS ON FIRE🔥🔥🔥

My boy put on a SHOW tonight! 💪🏾💯 Fast. Physical. Relentless. That boy was flying around the field and making his presence KNOWN! 🗣️🔥

Last night was one of those games where you could SEE the work, the growth, and the confidence coming together. Jonah was locked in he gave it EVERYTHING he had bc this is where it all started Ridge Road.

FAST & PHYSICAL just the way we like it! 😤💪🏾

So proud of you, Jonah! Keep working, keep grinding, keep getting better. Thank you

There’s something about the name Jonah that hits different. 🐋🙏🏽

In the Bible, Jonah had a journey of his own. He had a calling, but the road wasn’t easy. He faced storms, ran from what he was supposed to do, ended up in the belly of a great fish, and had to go through some uncomfortable places before he could get where God was taking him.

And Jonah He’s on his own journey too. 🏈💙

His road won’t always be easy. There will be losses, changes, setbacks, tough practices, new teams, new teammates, and moments when he has to fight through frustration. But just like the story of Jonah reminds us, the storm doesn’t mean the journey is over.

Sometimes God allows you to go through uncomfortable places to prepare you for where you’re going.

So keep working, Jonah. Keep learning. Keep listening. Keep trusting God. Keep getting stronger not just physically, but mentally and spiritually.

This is only one chapter of your story. The whale didn’t stop Jonah and neither will a tough game, a loss, or a setback stop you. 🏈🔥

Back in the lab. Back to work. Getting better. Getting stronger. Trusting the process.

God has a purpose for you, son. And WE are going to be right here watching Him unfold it. ❤️🙏🏽

🏈🖤🩶💙 FIRST GAME. NEW TEAM. NEW CHAPTER.

I’m PROUD of Jonah! Period! 👏🏽👏🏽

Did we get the W? Nope. And that’s okay. Every game ain’t gonna be a win. What I saw was a kid who played almost the ENTIRE game BOTH sides of the ball and gave it everything he had. 💪🏽🔥

This is a NEW team. We’re learning each other. We’re learning the system. We’re building chemistry. We’re figuring out how everybody fits together. WE HAVE TO MESH. That doesn’t happen overnight.

But WE’RE IN THIS! 🗣️💯
We’re going to watch the film, fix what needs fixing, sharpen those techniques and get BETTER. That’s what football is about.

And now let me say this because apparently some folks need a reminder…

THE NEGATIVITY TOWARD THESE KIDS NEEDS TO STOP. 🚨

Especially from GROWN MEN. 👀

Sir… you are a grown man on social media going back and forth about CHILDREN playing football. 😂 Please find something else to do.

These boys are 10 and 11 years old. They are learning. They are growing. They are going to make mistakes. They are going to have great games AND tough games. That’s part of being a kid and part of learning the game.

You don’t have to like the game. You don’t have to agree with every decision. But tearing down a child on social media? THAT AIN’T IT.

We’re not doing negativity over here. We’re going to SUPPORT these boys, encourage them, coach them up and let them PLAY. 🗣️

Jonah keep your head up, keep working, stay coachable and keep grinding. One game doesn’t define you. One loss doesn’t define this team.

Back to the lab. 🧪🏈
WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED.

And to anybody watching from the sidelines with something negative to say…
Respectfully, keep scrolling. 😂✌🏽
