Too many high-energy dogs are surrendered for being “too much.” Coco was once one of them 🥺 Now we’re using the very energy he was given up for, to help other rescue dogs get their second chance.

SO I’ve challenged some of my dog-running friends to see WHO can run the furthest with their dog for a good cause 🐕🏃🏻‍♀️

This month, we’re raising money for I Stand With My Pack and you’re going to make us work for it 💪🏼

➡️ Every $10 donated to a dog-runner team = 1 mile that duo has to run together.

➡️ Every dollar supports @istandwithmypack as they rescue dogs from high-risk shelters and give them the medical care, rehabilitation, and second chance they need to find a home.

If you’re in LA, come meet + support these adoptable dogs in-person at our first Run to Rescue Club event on September 27 at 8 AM at Canal Market (@thecanalmarket) in Venice! We’ll be running 1-mile together, all paces are welcome.

‼️Donate through the GiveButter link ⬇️ down below or in our bio, choose your dog-runner team, and start adding to their miles‼️

⬇️ How far can you make us run? 👀

One of my favorite things is spending time to make little moments special and I couldn’t do it without @dextreats, @tryoriginlabs, @drinkpupsip, @dooloopdogs, @oncewildpet, @edgardcooper, and @earthrated 💛

Special thank you to @sondercoffeelounge for your endless hospitality ☕️

Thank y’all for celebrating Int’l Dog Mom Day with us! Cannot wait for many more memories this year 🌼🐶🐾

Also, you’re welcome to join if you aren’t a dog mom 😉 Beware you may leave really considering wanting one…or two 🙈

I’m so glad all my hardships with finding a community has led me to create one filled with some of the most kind hearted, supportive, and over all greatest dog moms ever 💛

another successful dog mom camping trip for the books 📖💫🌷

here’s the play by play — going into this weekend i was very hopeful about the weather !!!!

FRIDAY went amazing as everyone arrived and got all settled in. unfortunately it was H U M I D as all get out and I don’t think a single one of us stopped sweating.
SATURDAY we woke up and headed to @palmettostatepark for our march group hike with monthly movements (continued to sweat) 🌴🥵🌧️

we get back to camp, set up the crafting tables, and our potluck lunch (amazing idea btw and so inclusive !!!!) ate lunch while sitting riverside doing our needle felting craft — my favorite craft YET 🐶🎨💫

thankfully we all finished our craft before a few rain drops started falling and the majority of our group headed home (due to the humidity and potential rain) right after everyone left it down poured for about 20 minutes and a huge cold front came in (god bless) that cut the humidity.
the remaining 4 of us ordered pizza hut from uber eats, played cards till 11pm, and headed to bed with no rain 🍕☁️🃏

SUNDAY morning woke up to the spring forward and rain in the forecast starting at 7:45am. packed up and headed home 🌧️🌈💫

I am so grateful for everyone who came and everyone who stayed 💛 these trips would be nothing without YOU!

One of my favorite take aways from hosting hikes for the dog moms is the amount of friends both my dogs have acquired — if you’ve been to one of our hikes you know 99% of the dogs that attend are extremely neutral and love to make new friends !!! 🦦🎾💫

I am so incredibly lucky Ranger and Knox have the coolest squad ever that show up monthly 🐶🥾🌲

(Trying to remember to use my camera more during hikes. This is a fun photo I got this past weekend)

We love y’all !!!

So excited to share that I am one of your 2026 Race ambassadors for the Y’all Means All 5k! This race does so much for the community as well as inspiring new runners to jump into their first 5k.

It’s a highlight of my year. One of my favorite 5k’s. And this year helps raise money for Pride Center San Antonio!

Can’t thank Amy and @intheloopruncrew @yallmeansall5krace enough for putting on this amazing event for the San Antonio LGBT+ community!

Join me in June and use code GBJ for 10% off!!

3.5 miles on this beautiful morning! 🥾🌲

Me and the weens tapped out of going any further up that hill! 🤣🤣

After almost 5 miles yesterday our legs are shot lol. We ended the outing at @bakery_lorraine for some breakfast! The weens enjoyed fresh fruit and I got pancakes !
