I realize DnB is not an album focussed genre, but still there are some irresistebly good ones out there. To me the album is the holy grail of all published musical formats, so I thought I share some of my favs. Listen to more albums!!! And have a great summer ☀️

Shoutout to @gusdnb for giving the DLR vinyl to me ❤️

NEW MIX ALERT! 🍋‍🟩

If you like minimal/liquid/soulful/rolling Drum & Bass, i can only recommend listening to my new mix i made for @katjapandora 's show on @radio_superfly, which aired last week and is now up on my SoundCloud.

Fun fact: as always i was really struggling with doing things in time, in the end i had to get up at half past 6 in the morning to finish this beauty and went back to sleep 2 hours later, exhausted but happy 😄

Have fun listening 🫡
XOXO, Sarah Allen

Lost in Hyperbass installment 11 - @data_3

Want to drive with a vibe and make pedestrians spin 360, as you drive by, appreciating your taste in music? Look no further

I cannot begin to explain to you how uncommon it is for random pedestrians to be pulling bassface and giving it the gun fingers in Surrey... but Data3 achieved that today (for those who want to test this for themselves; the track wasSimba). So if you want to drive with a vibe - load up their Spotify

The atmosphere of their music is undeniable. Ranging through dystopian metropolis to deepspace alienscape, and of course more

The best thing? It's chill. No speeding fines for you. Dont waste time - follow them immediately, load up Spotify, and go for a sunset-night drive with the windows down, music blasting, and cool breeze on your face. You won't regret it

The next addition to our Formations mix series comes from the legend @spinlantie_dnb with a meticulously crafted hour of bassweight featuring some of her favourite producers in the game right now 🥵

Having recently relocated to Perth, Spinlantie has made quite the impression on the local bass music scene ~ quickly racking up bookings & showcasing her impeccable mixing skills across multiple genres but with a keen focus on Drum & Bass 🤌

"Stoked to be here, thanks for having me New Forms. This 1hr mix is a representation of my current favourite DnB flavours to spin. I have been absolutely rinsing artists like @data_3 & @greycode_ these past few months, obsessed with euphoric synths & groovy basslines. Expect stacks of dark, deep & dirty basslines embodied around euphoric blends with chunky, skippy, techy drums. Recording this mix put me in the best mood, I hope you enjoy it too!" - Love Spinlantie X
