When I say I love you more, I don’t mean I love you more than you love me. I mean, I love you more than the bad days ahead of us; I love you more than any fight we will ever have. I love you more than the distance between us; I love you more than any obstacle that could try and come between us. I love you the most. ♡

I don't believe in the starvation diet eating 1100 calories to try to lose weight. We actually focus on the opposite we typically eat more, speed up the metabolism, fill the body with the essential nutrients, boost energy and hit goals while eating more and feeling better.

The fad diets or starvation method to lose weight only works for so long. You will plateau and almost always out the weight back on. It is not a sustainable method.

Starvation derails your metabolism. It will Bring your basal metabolic rate down, cause you to lose muscle, have negative effects on your cognitive function and mess with your hormones.

There is a healthy way to lose weight, build muscle, improve energy and the way you look without damaging your body or putting yourself through a brutal period of starvation and cardio.
