To maintain the woman you are becoming, it requires focus, discipline, rest, and seeking the face of God. I'm reminded that the foundation of everything we desire to do in this life must be built on God. That's why it's so important to prioritize your relationship with Him above everything else. Sometimes, there comes a point where you need to step away from the noise and take time to seek the Lord. Not because anything is wrong, but because you want to make sure you are still walking in the direction God is leading you. Life can become busy, and it's important to pause, pray, listen, and allow God to realign your heart with His will. There are seasons , moments, days, when you need to rest, be still, and spend time in God's presence so that you can hear His voice clearly and receive direction for the next steps in your journey. Never get so busy building your life that you forget to seek the One who gave you the vision in the first place. Build with God. Rest in God. Seek God. And trust Him every step of the way. off for a few weeks but will be back with more content as God leads 🙏 #BuildInSilence #TrustGod #FaithJourney #WomenOfFaith #ChristianWomen

Take care of yourself. It's so important not to neglect yourself. As women, we need to understand the value of caring for our minds, bodies, and spirits. When we take the time to pour into ourselves and allow God to pour into us, we become stronger, healthier, and better equipped to handle the responsibilities and challenges that come with daily life and family. Self-care is not selfish t's necessary. When you are refreshed, restored, and spiritually filled, you can show up as the woman God has called you to be and serve others from a place of strength rather than exhaustion. Remember: You cannot pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself, trust God with the process, and give yourself permission to rest, heal, and grow. 💕🙏 #ChristianWomen #SelfCare #FaithAndWellness #WomenOfGod #HealthyMindHealthyBody HerRestorationStudio SelfLoveWithPurpose GodFirst

Couple months ago , I had a dream that I was eating multiple burgers. In the dream, I could see that I had gained so much weight. I looked emotional, overwhelmed, and I just kept eating and eating. God has ways of speaking to me, and I felt that the Lord was warning me to be careful and to watch my weight and my emotions. Emotional eating is something that can quietly take control of your life if it isn't addressed with prayer, self-control, and discipline. Many of us turn to food when we're stressed, hurt, lonely, frustrated, or overwhelmed. But food was never meant to carry the burdens that only God can carry. If food becomes your source of comfort, peace, or escape, it can become a dangerous cycle that affects your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. You may feel depressed, sad, discouraged, or overwhelmed, but don't allow your emotions to make decisions for you. Bring those emotions to God instead of turning to food for comfort. Overeating is a real struggle for many people. Over time, it can contribute to serious health problems and place a heavy burden on the body. That's why it's important to develop self-control, healthy habits, and a deeper dependence on God. I want to encourage you today: don't eat based on your emotions—eat based on wellness. Ask yourself: ‱ Am I truly hungry, or am I trying to comfort an emotion? ‱ Is this food nourishing my body? ‱ What does my body need right now? You may be having a rough day. You may be stressed, tired, disappointed, or overwhelmed. But don't give up on yourself. Don't allow your emotions to lead you away from your goals. When you're hurting, pray. When you're stressed, seek God. When you're overwhelmed, bring your concerns before the Lord. Choose discipline. Choose balance. Choose self-control. Remember, every healthy choice you make is a step toward becoming the person God has called you to be. A rough day does not mean you have to abandon your goals. Keep going. Keep trying. Keep showing up. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of self-control." – 2 Timothy 1:7 🙏💜 #ChristianWoman #FaithAndFitn

A month after I gave birth in August 2024, I went through something that changed me. I thought it was just a sore throat and cough
but it almost took my life. I was so busy taking care of my kids and my home that I ignored what my body was telling me. I kept saying, “It will pass.” I kept praying
but I was getting worse. Breathing became painful. It felt like fire in my lungs. When I finally went to the hospital, I found out it was pneumonia. They told me I couldn’t go home. My lung was severely affected. I couldn’t walk on my own. I couldn’t shower on my own. There wasn’t enough oxygen in my body. They had to teach me how to walk again
how to breathe again. Every time the oxygen was removed, it felt like I was fighting for my life. I lost so much weight. I couldn’t eat. I had no desire to eat
but I had to force myself to eat so I could get better. I focused on fruits, vegetables, and protein to help my body recover. I stayed away from processed foods and became intentional about what I put into my body. In that moment, I realized: đŸ‘‰đŸœ If I don’t take care of myself, I won’t be here for my children. By God’s grace, I made it out
but I didn’t go back the same. I became intentional about my health. I stopped ignoring my body. đŸ‘‰đŸœ Prayer is powerful
but wisdom is necessary. If something is getting worse, don’t ignore it. Go get checked. Take care of your body
 your life matters. đŸ€ #ChristianWoman #HealthyBody #FaithAndHealth #WomensHealth #TakeCareOfYourself HealingJourney GodsGrace Motherhood WellnessJourney HerRestorationStudio

God has placed it on my heart to help women in their health journey. After losing my mom to cancer in 2021, it created a deep burden in me to see women take care of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. Because the truth is
what we eat, how we live, and what we practice daily affects everything. This is for every woman—mothers, single women, women in ministry
every woman. We have to take responsibility for our lives. For a long time, I focused on the spiritual side
but now God is leading me into the physical, mental, and emotional side too. we pray but are we eating well? We pray but are we investing in ourselves? We ask God for more but where is the discipline and sacrifice? Her Restoration Studio is about purpose, personal development, healthy habits, and discipline. It’s about investing in yourself, building your life, and growing in confidence. I’ve been carrying this for a long time
and now it’s time to release it. This is just the beginning. Stay connected I'll be sharing more about the vision and the meaning behind the name soon. God bless đŸ€ #Godlywoman #healthybodies #Christianwoman
