Couldn't think of spending the dip for my birthday any other way than being in the North Sea as Captain America amongst other superheroes, friends and family 💪
Thanks so much to all the Sunday club especially @kellyclair76 for the effort you all put in, and for the thoughtful gifts. Good job you all care about my sea safety because I never do 😬🤣🏄‍♂️
Thanks to @cupcakes_by_laramae
For the unreal cakes, didn't even get chance to get a pic of them before they were all gone so just says how good they were 🙌

DAY 💯 / 💯 🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊
Raising funds for @sunderlandcommunitysoupkitchen
£££ raised - £12,744.00

And that folks, is a wrap!

Fitting Sunrise finale yesterday in the harbour and the Sea Gods were in good fettle providing THE perfect flat, glassy water - a”small” gathering came together to celebrate the paddle both in and out of the water - an awesome morning shared with even ‘awesomer’ people!

Lots of folk have contributed to getting to day 💯 for which I am hugely grateful 🙏 to one and all

There are however a specific group of 🌟‘s who merit special recognition - The 💯 Support Squad - these amazing, selfless legends have walked & swam alongside me every metre of the challenge “enjoying” some of the most miserable, cold, bone chilling Winter Swims ever

So in no particular order....

🙌 Mrs 💯 my beautiful wife Donna Arkley
🙌Joanne Underwood @jawdyjo
🙌Marie Donnelly @aqua_marie_d
🙌Bill Ginn @billginn61
🙌Paula Ginn @billsmissus
🙌Dawn ‘Mullieri’ @sweedheed

🙌Alice Roberts @alroberts96

🙌Garath Archer
🙌Sean Cope
