Managed to win the British open masters 4 heavyweight category today. Went up a weight last minute as I’ve been struggling with an infection the last couple of weeks but was more than prepared after all the tough Tuesday nights at @totalbjjnottingham over the last year. Thanks @seancoates_bjj for the coaching, @tatamifightwear for the sick gi and @juliepjohnston for putting up with me the last 2 weeks 😁. Also well done to my fellow brown belt heavyweight @garageisback and @davbamb for winning their categories as well 💪💪
