Pretty cool when social media meets real life. Been a big fan of @daveananayo through his posts and work with @lindenwoodhockey. Really great to meet him in person and get to see the space I’ve seen only on the gram!

Wrapped up a hard week of work today.

I put in the work all week, and Sunday was about finishing strong. A lot of focus on posture, footwork, and slow, controlled reps—building the muscle memory now so eventually the speed becomes an afterthought.

🥍 Session with Coach Cutter
🥍 CB7 Dojo work
🥍 Completed Week 1 of LAX Rat Academy
💪🏻Strength & conditioning work all week
🏋🏻💪🏻First session at @dsc_stl in the Athlete Performance Academy with Coach Hunter!
🔥 Got my 🥍 sticks restrung and ready to go

It was a full week, and there’s another busy one ahead.

Keep stacking days. Keep stacking reps. Hardwire the habits. Fall season is coming.

Another shipment …

Only one left for this space to be fully operational

Somehow got everything we needed in less than 14 days

(Usually takes 12 weeks minimum)

Paint and logos will be completed over the next few weeks

Excited for the over 350 players per season that will train with @givemoretraining at @stlcic

Stoked to share this space with @mercysportsperformance and excited for all the good we will do for the STL athlete community !!!!

The wedding day — Mr. Ananayo

To the man who shows up every day with strength and wears his love on his sleeve. A man who showed up enough for me to say yes — to a wedding I never imagined...

& to a lifetime of growth, happiness, silliness, seriousness, and gratitude for who and what we have.

Thank you to the man who showed me a new definition of love — a new love, and chapters we now get to write together.

Here’s to holding each other through each wave, and riding it the best we can.

🏆 JUNE ATHLETE OF THE MONTH: Addison McCrory 🏆

We are incredibly excited to announce Addy as our June Athlete of the Month!

@addison.mccrory is the definition of a complete athlete. On one hand, she possesses one of the most competitive fires we’ve ever seen.

She is a naturally gifted mover with elite physical awareness and an undeniable drive. But what truly makes Addy special is her heart. She is hands-down one of the kindest, most supportive athletes in our facility, always the first to cheer on her peers and lift up everyone around her during a tough session.

Here is what Addy has to say about her time training with EXOS:

👉 “Training with Dave has helped me gain muscle and build resilience physically and mentally. It’s always a challenge but Dave brings the energy every day to make it fun. EXOS gives me the perfect environment to push myself and work as hard as I can, and I’m grateful for that.”

Thank you for bringing your fire, your work ethic, and your incredible attitude to the gym every single day, Addy! We are so proud to have you as part of the family.
