🤍💪🏻This is what it’s all about folks💪🏻🤍

If you could see a film of yourself, would you be happy with what you’ve been teaching them?

For my crew I’m so dang proud of the community of badasses that I get the pleasure of training weekly!

Children are always watching and learning and what better way to show them that physical activity is SO IMPORTANT by putting in the work yourself👏🏻💪🏻

Grab friends and family and Let’s GO! You got this!

🔥Bench Plank Row🔥
Add this 🌶 move to you next back day💪🏻💪🏻

The set up:
Start in a 3 point plank position off of the side of the bench. Your feet should be shoulder width apart, your back flat and your core engaged.

Second:
While holding the dumbbell in your free hand and maintaining a solid plank, pull the dumbbell up to your armpit.

Third:
Lower the dumbbell back down to the starting position and repeat.

Here are some of my badasses showing awesome control & strength, great work guys🤍💪🏻

Try it, and comment what you think. You got this #fitfam #youvsyou

Foot Elevated Negative Lunge
💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
(Piggy backing from yesterday 💪🏻)
How: place one foot on a elevated surface (I used a trifold mat/unstable) the other foot is staggered, then slowly drive the back knee down to the ground. Then, push back up driving through the elevated foot’s heel (keep big toe down). Try and keep your torso upright while engaging your core.
💥
The easiest way to add load is to hold dumbbells in a suitcase position just like @daveedfast
💥
Benefits: Stronger glutes, range of motion, and stability/balance
💥
Muscles used:
abdominals
lower back muscles
gluteal muscles
quadriceps
hamstrings
calves

💥💥The KANG Squat💥💥
.
.
What is it?
Kang squats combine a traditional back squat and a good morning exercise to fire up your posterior chain 💪🏻💪🏻
.
.
Benefits:
By putting the back squat and the good morning together, the Kang squat has multiple muscles that are activated including the shoulders, back, glutes, quads, and hamstrings.
.
.
Tips:
1. Slow and controlled (always want quality over quantity)
2. Start with lower weight 1st
3. Focus on each movement:
Good-morning: make sure you hinge at the waist until your chest is parallel to the ground then
Squat: Make your spine straight, then sit down by making your knees bent, then lower your hips until your thighs are parallel to the floor. This part is a traditional back squat exercise. Reverse it back up, SLOWLY.
.
.
.
Add this to your next leg day/Booty day 🍑🍑 let me know what you think!
.
.
.
Great Job guys 💪🏻💪🏻
