UA Road Mile ✅

This past Tuesday we hosted our 2nd Locust Point Road Mile, a chance for our Velociti Elite team & our Track Tuesday community to come out, race a mile on the road, and hang out afterwards 🔥

S/o to our winners Robby Creese and Ainsley Pressl 🥇

Thanks to everyone who came out and raced, already looking forward to Year 3 🫡

Track Tuesday in 1 Word 👀

The Baltimore running community loves Track Tuesday, a community-based, intuitive, challenging, awesome, lactic workout at UA HQ 😂

Lots of words to describe our Tuesday workouts, one word we would use is grateful, grateful for everyone who comes out to workout with us every Tuesday 🙌🏻

For The Kids 🚀

This afternoon we had the pleasure of stopping by the @ksdslions track practice to chat to the team about how our athletes got into the sport of running and what being a professional runner is all about!

We even got to race a couple of them and let’s just say they are fast ⚡️

Thank you for having us at practice today @ksdslions @daveflax!
