Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandads and father figures out there.

For some blokes, today is a great day. For others, it’s a hard one.

If you’re struggling, don’t wait until things get worse before you reach out.

That’s exactly why we built the Fighting Fathers Affiliate Gym Program. To get fathers and men doing it tough through the doors of good martial arts gyms, looking after their physical and mental health, building a support network and making sure no father has to go through a family breakdown alone.

The Affiliate Gym Program officially launches in early 2027, but if you’re struggling right now, reach out to Fighting Fathers. Any day. Any time. You don’t need to wait for the program to launch to ask for support.

With my BKFC fight coming up on October 3, 100% of the sponsorship money from this fight is going directly to Fighting Fathers, with a major focus on growing and launching the Affiliate Gym Program so we can help more fathers around Australia.

So to every business and person who has already backed this fight, you’re backing something much bigger than me stepping into the ring.

You’re helping us get another father into a gym, around good people and supported when he needs it most.

And to everyone backing what we’re building, thank you.

Thinking of the dads who aren’t here with us today too.

Love ya Davo ❤️
RIP Neale ❤️

A broken system won’t break you ⚔️

Started the year off renovating a house…finishing the year off still doing the same renovations! Did some cool shit between January and December and then managed to end the year on a high with Covid 💪🏼

So proud of Ava going in all the events today at her swimming carnival, but it did come at a cost and this is a prime example of putting your foot in your mouth….
”sometimes in life you have to do things you don’t really like doing Ava”

Ava: Hey Kat remember, “sometimes in life you have to do things you don’t really like doing” well you’re going in the parent and teacher race!

The rest is history and hilarious 🤣
