Transparent post: I've always struggled with body image & used to be deeply insecure taking photos. 2 years ago, I was in a dark dark space suffering heavily from ptsd related to my body and immeasurable loss. I was just trying to seek a glimmer of light. One day, my homie @davi_dajae told me to get off my ahh and meet him at his R&B event, so i did. @alexisbornphoto was photographing and I remember sharing with her how uncomfortable I felt in my body, and this was my first attempt to feel good just being me. She was so kind, understanding and encouraging! I just couldn't shake it, but I committed to the process in that moment. I promised myself I wouldn't quit until I was free in mind & in front of the lens.

Fast forward 2 years + a whole lot of hard, awkward & uncomfortable moments later, I'm finally finding my flow! 🤎

Set your intention, tend to the process, remain diligent, trust, believe and never give up hope! In due time, you will shine ✨️ Big love for those who've spoken life into me throughout this healing journey 🫶🏽 S/O to @myrrhphotography.co @mustardseedestudio & the crew @vizionsdance for this amazing shoot! If I can do it, you can too 💪🏽💯 next up: mission body transfiguration 👀 #staytuned #thanksGod #photoshoot #lovetheskinyourein #vizions

Been editing last few hours and man this video is going to be a good one. I'm not a pro editor by any means but been learning more and more lately and putting the skills to use. I'm VERY good at getting the visuals and had to build better editing skills. Still got about one more day of editing and on to the next project.

Thanks to Davion DaJae for trusting me to help being his vision to fruition 🔥🎬💪🏿. Stay tuned for more updates.
