David smith has been pivotal to SURFC’s success over his 4 years at the club. With key roles in the double double year and an impressive season helping to lead the 1sts to a Scottish tier 1 victory. Known for his intelligence with a rugby ball David led from the front both physically and mentally while being a strong mentor for the younger players. His chat, questionable style and great attitude won’t be forgotten in years to come.

Hugo Larkin has been quite the character over the course of his 4 years. With his electric pace and large stature he been an unstoppable force on SURFC’s right wing. He’s real his presence however was shown through his interesting year as chairman. My name is Walter Hartwell White. I live at 308 Negra Arroyo Lane, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87104. This is my confession.….

Joe westly has been a core friend and player for SURFC. Despite being hindered by injury in 4th year , Joe still had a huge impact on the pitch and played a crucial role in the double winning season. Alongside that he also went on a semester abroad and won the national sevens competition with his university. His hair of fire and mediocre welfare abilities will be missed!

Thank you boys!!💚

Congratulations to David Smith for winning his 30th cap for the club in today’s win.

Throughout his 4 years in the club Dave has been a great bloke to have on and off the pitch. An excellent option across the back line, David has been instrumental in the 1’s success this year and in the ‘double-double’ season.

We hope David can continue his fine form on Wednesday to cap off his time at the club in style and win the league

Thank you David 💚
