Last Sunday I had the pleasure of DJing and hosting Paulina & David's Polish-Scottish wedding. Despite the record-breaking heat, everyone brought amazing energy to the dance floor.

Thank you for your trust—it was a pleasure to be part of your special day. Enjoy the video… and don't miss the best cat moves at the very end! 😄

THE DUST HAS SETTLED!

Now that I have gotten over my disappointment and frustrations of the result from last weekend’s competition. I thought I had better post an update for all of my friends and followers.

Therefore, for anyone who missed the show, last Sunday. Here’s a chance to see my performance, at the DFAC European Championship, in Erding, Germany.

As I wrote, I did not get the result that I expected or anticipated, but that is bodybuilding for you. It is not only subjective, in the eyes of the judges, but you also only get 1 moment in moment in time to get it right, 1st time! There is no second take, or going back for another Go!

This unplanned season of competing, for the 1st time ever, in bodybuilding is now over for 2025. In reflection, for a 56 year old man, with 2 x Artificial, total knee replacements, I cannot complain really, with my results in my 1st season.

Now, we have a plan and look forward to 2026, where I now aim, to come back better prepared, both physically and mentally. But, more importantly, Bigger and Leaner than I was in this impromptu season and hopefully better my results.

But, for now I want to say thank you very much, for all the support and well wishes that I have received from all of my family, friends and followers out there in social media land. I could not have asked or wished for better!

I also want to mention @vicky_dfacpro from @bnbf_official and @dfac_official for organising some great competitions. Last but not least, my fellow competitors, for being awesome athletes and stepping on stage in the first place!

From the bottom of my heart, “THANK YOU, ALL”!

The Best in Britain Natural Bodybuilders Men's athletic class. First off, all big congratulations to Renel Scarlett for winning the BNBF British Finals, although I had Christian as the favourites to win that class. But stick in there, and I hope you do well in the rest of the competitions, mate. Your v shape body is unreal. Congratulations on being the best shape and best in Britain, and I wish you the best.

Secondly, my good friend Christian @cristiano.hawkins I had you as the favourite to win that class, mate. Your conditioning and what they are they were looking for you have it mate. Renel had a good size on him. But your posing was next level stuff mate. It was good meeting you on the stage, and I'm happy helping you get into the Guinness World Records on the record. You are going to break, and you get my 100% backing from that. It goes for all bodybuilders and athletes since I'm in the fitness industry helping bodybuilders get more than what they got out of the events. I hope you do really well in the PCA mate, and we should get a catch-up soon. I'm off season now catching up with friends, and family missed a lot out with them during summer due to the bodybuilding competitions.

Lastly, I'm very proud of both of you's showing good sportsmanship and what bodybuilding is all about you's guys are the star of the show and be proud of what you have achieved. Although I broke a record of being the 2nd lightest bodybuilder at 58.4kg. I was the lightest competitor in that class. 3rd place has more value to it with a record broke, and it's recorded in the Guinness World Records. Which, for me, is the highest ranking of bodybuilding I have accomplished and put my body on the line for. My new project now is to help bodybuilders and athletes that have broke records and recorded it to get them signed up in the Guinness World Records so wherever they place in the competition they get more out of it and helping them to make a name for themselves and history for themselves too. It's a high value achievement to be in the Guinness World Records.
