One of the biggest keys to consistent contact is staying short and compact to the ball, then finishing up through it. The goal isn’t to create a long swing—it’s to get the barrel on plane early, stay connected through the zone, and extend through contact. Short to it. Long through it. That’s where consistency and power meet.⚾️🔥 #primeperformance #baseball #hitting #hittingcoach #barrel

That’s all folks. Our young 2027/14U summer team finishes their summer strong in the 14U PG BCS tournament @florida_perfectgame @perfectgameusa @scorpsbaseball These young Scorps 🦂 battled all summer long, through all the travel, rain & lightning delays, and heat, to finish above 500! Our first Scorps SF 14U summer team was a success and the future is bright for these hardworking young men! #bleedpurple. Thank you to all the parents, but most importantly, to the players for busting their tails every pitch. Also thank you to Coach Steven Suarez, Head Coach of down south Archbishop Carroll, for pushing these boys and making them stronger 💪
