Hello Friends and Followers
With love ,I welcomed you to today's session on 31days of self-help tips with Ann Akpan

Today ,I will like to engage us in a self examining activity,it's a simple one ,that ,which we do most times unconsciously.

For day 28: " WHAT DO YOU SEE WHEN YOU LOOK AT YOUR MIRROR?" As a woman, I look at the mirror , approximately 3-4 times in a day, I guess, some men are better mirror lookers(smiles). Have you ever taken a meditative look at your person at the mirror? have you ever wondered who you are? Have you ever asked yourself why ,of all families God placed you in yours?
Have you ever thought of how resourceful you have been to the world or do you think you are just junk ?

I know you are still struggling with your inner person to find answers to these questions ,while some are reaching out to the mirror. ( smiles)

Some see themselves as those who have something to offer to the world ,while, some see themselves as junks , without anything to offer.

In your, family you may be regarded as unskillful , a child of reproach , good- for- nothing and so on , but God sees as you"diamond in the rough" , in the words of Myles Munroe, that needs refining . There is something in you more valuable than what others see.

Look at the mirror !Can you see the king in you?Stop demoting yourself your throne!
When you realise this ,then, you can never be intimidated by what people say or think. *Remain inspired on #31daysofselfhelptipswithAnnAkpan
