Anything to be in the room with you guys 🫶🏼

One thing that I’m a firm believer on is that if you have something that you love, something you’re going towards, or a vision - it doesn’t matter what adjustments you need to make, you will always have what it takes to make it happen as long as you try ❤️

I loveeee spin and will forever & always 🫶🏼 nothing fills my cup up more than being in the room with all of you guys ✨ so happy I was able to pivot and adjust to be able to teach without putting any stress on my ankle 🙏🏼

After 4 days of bed rest, this was exactlyyyy the energy I needed today 🥹❤️ thanks @mashrall for shinning on the podium 🫶🏼

I love the fact that even though we can’t control what the world throws at us, we get to choose our attitude towards it and how we want to show up for ourselves 🫶🏼

Im definitely having moments where I’m feeling very frustrated, bored and overall low but I’m also feeling inspired to find ways around this temporary set back 🙏🏼

Sadly I can’t teach pilates right now because walking around without crutches isn’t possible but catch me sitting on the bike this week with the most comical foot rest 🙃🥰

Throwback to the @greygoose boat party in August since I never posted it! Probably one of my favorite days from the summer. 💙

I love these boys so much. Did we love the “worst hangover ever”? No, but an overdue catch up deserves the most. @halcyonheist the island is lucky to have you, but I wish your cute fam was on the mainland. And I’m sad we didn’t get pics with @lehranh. Next time! #latergram #vancouverisland

Pump Peak! May 22 hike with the boys. Challenging — used crampons for the first time (little spikes that attach to your hiking shoes). So very worth it. And it was lovely hiking with out-of-towner Rob! As always, if you like to hear me wailing down a snowy mountain, swipe swipe. This time I almost killed David with spikeys. Oh, and I still have weird tan lines on my legs from this hike 😂 #hiking #beautifulbc #vancouverisawesome #snowhike #latergram
