Two hundred and fifty years ago, in Pennsylvania, ordinary people stepped into extraordinary rooms and dared to imagine a new nation.

As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, I’m proud to represent the birthplace of our nation with a talent inspired by Hamilton and “The Room Where It Happens.”

Because for me, this performance is about more than wanting a seat at the table. It is about making sure the next generation of young women knows they belong in the rooms where decisions are made, history is written, and change happens.

Diamonds truly are a girl’s best friend💎

There is nothing quite like stepping onto the Miss Pennsylvania Stage, hearing the music begin and getting the chance to tell a story through movement. Performing “Sparkling Diamonds” from Moulin Rouge the Musical is one of my greatest joys from the week and an experience I’ll cherish forever.

Thank you to everyone who has continuously poured into me and this routine to bring it to the level where it is today. Special thanks to Maria Cinti, Mary Hirt, my directors and David Blight School of Dance- this would not be possible without you all💖
