Even in the chaos of making this film, it’s comforting to know that something I made before is still finding its way to people. A huge shout to the team and cast behind it! #therapist #shortfilmsuk #ukfilmwork #director

Something special for your Monday 🤍 Peter Sellers' grandson Will Sellers @harpoesq (son of Michael Sellers, Peter's firstborn), actor David Boyle @davidboyleactor and writer Callum Hale @callumbhale are currently working on a special short-film project, both humorous and moving, dedicated to Peter, entitled "The Strange Case of Peter Sellers". In this story, Peter - in the afterlife - finds himself confronted by the characters he created and brought to life on screen. In search of his true identity, he encounters Dr Strangelove, Inspector Clouseau, Percy Quill, Chance the gardener, and many others. This clip is the trailer, and the project is directed by Sandy Johnson @sandymoustache. Their aim is to show this film as an accompaniment to the brilliant - and must-see! - BBC 2020 documentary on Peter by producer Will Sellers, "A State of Comic Ecstasy", as well as in film festivals. The talented David Boyle has previously played Peter in 2010, in a play called "Being Sellers". They have launched a crowdfunding campaign for this special short-film, and if you'd like to contribute, you can do so until Peter's birthday (8 September). The link can be found in stories, and on David's profile bio. ✨️ 📷 Cover photo of Peter Sellers in the mid 60's #petersellers #drstrangelove #inspectorclouseau #chancethegardener #filmproject
